Welcome to the Brotherhood, @JohnnyAngel, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
I’m just under 6” now, (unless it’s in the middle of the night and it feels bigger in my hand). I’d like to get to 7.5”. I’ve started jelqing like your beginners article suggests and I am getting a terrible right side lower back pain. Could be work related, but seems coincidental that it started the same week. Anybody have any trouble with lower back pain shortly after you started stretching your penis?

I’ve never heard of this happening before I would assume it’s a coincidence of sorts. What is your routine right now exactly?
 
Stretching in the shower, all angles and the 360’s as well then some jelqing. I’m pretty sure it’s the way I’m doing the kegels though. I obviously know how to stop my pee stream but I must be squeezing other muscles in the process or just doing it too long out the gate. I slept on a heat pad and took some supplements that help muscles recover. Feel much better today!

When you do a Kegel it engages all of your muscles from your lower abdominals all the way back to your sphincter. These are called the pelvic floor muscles.
