Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Jbroker1, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Hi DLD,

Thanks so much, appreciate it! I am excited to get on my PE program again after about 2-year hiatus. After research, I thought MOS would be the place to go.
Before PE, I was 6" x 5.5 girth. I grew to about 7.5" x 6.25-6.5 girth by consistently doing at least an hour of PE 6 days/week. I have lost some due to lack of activity. Right now, I am appropriately 7" x 6-6.25 girth. I want to get to 9" x 7 plus in girth with a big mushroom cap.
I would love any help writing a program. Here is my situation and my thoughts. I home office now with a sit-stand desk. I have 8 hours, 5 days a week that I can use for applicable training: hanging, vacuum, clamping, stretchers. I don't have near as much free time now for the manual PE work outside that time frame. I could probably carve out 30 minutes for stretches. But, I do have that 40 hours a week privately to utilize that I didn't before. I am thinking of an aggressive hanging regimen with vacuum pumping, clamping, and stretchers(size genetics combo of stretchers in the all in one deal) for the rest of the time. I am looking to purchase the size genetics all in one deal, the miti vac with chamber for length, and one for full package, yok ur stretching bar, and any necessary accessories. I can also get the DVD if needed. I am all in! When I hit it, I do it. Although unused, I do have a mini 30 lb weight stack ready to go. I do also have a bathmate extreme I really like and plan to use a few times a week again. Are the sili-rings safe for all day use? Can you wear at night, too? I have read the SRT and it makes great sense.

Thank you for your time and thoughts. I look forward to hearing from you.

John

Thanks Jon for coming out and introducing yourself and I do have some advice for you. The best possible routine you can use his SRT and if you look in the SRT thread you will see the specific tools used in the most modern version of SRT. All tools used are tools we have created. SRT guarantees that you’ll gain very quickly as it takes advantage of healing and gaining methods seen in no other routine.

I think SRT will work as a good routine for you with your time but all the extra time that you will have off I suggest that you remain in your extender whether it be the SizeDoctor or the SiliStretcher. Every minute we have in our extender is another minute of healing gains and bringing new growth.

Have a readthrough SRT and get back to me on any questions you may have. If there is anything you don’t understand or changes you need made let me know and I will write a customer Routine for you.

My pleasure DLD....sounds good, I will do that and order some supplies. Thank you for your feedback and appreciate the support! Looking forward to a gainful journey.

Definitely go with the SiliStretcher! I like much better than the SizeDoctor. Plus I heard there’s an upgrade coming out that will go to all users for free. Perfect time to buy one!
