Hi stumbled across this site via R3dd1t trying to find a starting routine with the bathmate hydro max 7 that i recently purchased and noticed theres a lot of goodies here that i want to get into. First i want to start a routine with my bathmate and work my way into the other routines with the ADS and Extender which I'm definitely buying down the line. Im currently in erect state measuring at 6 and not too thick on the girth side will post exact measurements later on. i'm trying to start doing the stretching routine you have on the newbie forum but i have a few questions is there any videos or instructions on how to bundled your penis before starting your stretching and how long should i have it bundled up for? also after i finished the stretching routine should i put on a silicon sleeve or can i jump straight into using the bathmate? or should i space them apart at different times. also i seen the silicap for sale on the site should i wear this while i use the bathmate pump and put on a cock ring after im finish? i have other questions but don't want to overwhelm you or myself and complicate things.
 
Thank you for your response I appreciate you introducing yourself. I’m glad that you’re reading and understanding new things in the brotherhood. The newbie stretches are very good to start with and hit pretty much every conceivable angle.

bundled stretching is very easy. You twist your penis like a corkscrew while you’re completely flaccid and pull straight out in front of you. Here’s an illustration of what your penis will look like when it’s bundled. Do you want to do between five and 10 minutes of bundles stretching. If you’re going with five minutes to go 2 1/2 minutes to one side and 2 1/2 minutes to the other side and if you’re going for 10 minutes go for 12:55 side toDo you want to do between five and 10 minutes of bundled stretching. If you’re going with five minutes go to and a half minutes to one side and 2 1/2 minutes to the other side and if you’re going for 10 minutes go for five minutes to one side and five minutes to the other. want to keep these balance so you don’t end up with an even gains.

You can definitely go right into your bathmate routine but I think it would be smarter to separate the routines by at least 2 to 3 hours for a good reason. After you’re done with stretching you want to remain elongated for at least two hours in order to cement and make those temporary gains permanent. After that two hours then I will go after girth and when you’re finished you put on your cock ring for a couple hours.

The girth work out you should go with is the 5×5×3 found an SRT. There’s no faster way to gain girth so I highly recommend it. If you have any other questions please just ask
 
Thanks for the great info now I have a routine I can focus on and hopefully start seeing progress I have a few last questions I want to ask. After stretching can i put on a penis sleeve for 2- 3 hours before I start the bathmate routine ? Or is it ok if I don’t have one on. Also wanted to ask while I pump should I wear the silicap? Is it recommended? And last but not least how long should I do this routine for and when should I start adding other routines?sometime in the future I want to include the ADS into my routine maybe and extender. Thanks in advance.
 
Yes you can that’s actually exactly what you’re supposed to do according to SRT. That’s really a personal choice as far as wearing the silicap try it both ways and she was more comfortable for you. How long should you stick with a routine? What is your actual routine?
 
So i kept reading the SRT to get a better understanding and been over thinking on how to start my routine haven't really started doing anything yet to be honest but grab some popcorn because its going to be a long one lol i really want to start doing this the right way and stay with it for the long run and add more to my routine in the future, so i decided to buy the "Stealth Stretcher - All Day Penis Traction Vacuum Stretcher/Hanger" just have a question on comparing the product is the "Stealth Stretcher" the same as the "Silistretcher 2"? is there a difference between the two?..

Once i receive all the necessary tools to get started i will start with my Routine.

So the "Routine" i decided to start with is in the SRT.
Decided to work on my Length first thing in the morning.

Stretching Routine:
5 Minutes Bundled Stretches
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

-In the SRT you recommended putting on a the "Silistretcher" after the stretch but since im very limited on time in the morning i work in construction and im very active during the day so i decided i will put on the "Silisleeve 2" for the day. Will that work? or should i consider doing something else?.

-For my Night time Girth Routine i also decided to do the Routine from the SRT.

5 minutes doing Bundled Stretches
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, downward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong, upward, erect jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
100 strong downward jelqs
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq

Or should i replace the jelqs with the Bathmate?...

-Then after putting on the "Siliring" (Removing and reapplying every 30 mins) until im ready to go to bed then switching to the "Silistretcher" for the night but im not sure if i can use the "Stealthstretcher" in place of the "Silistretcher" since the stealth was the one i purchased.

-I have the Bathmate Hydro Max 7 which im not sure to include into my night Girth routine or if to just do the routine i posted and add it to the routine later on.

-Also the most important question i have is ..How long should i do this routine for , 2 weeks, 1 Month?.. when should i start adding to this routine? looking to do a routine that i can maintain for the coming months.. i want to include the extender and bathmate later on but don't have an idea. Since my time is limited because i have to work to focus on these im trying to make it work as much as i can. Any help on my routine would be greatly appreciated. You did a very good job of writing out a routine. I have some advice and suggestions that will help us become a better routine for you. Since you have a BM you should be using it according to the SRT methodology using the 5×5×3. This will bring much better expansion was much less fluid retention. It is the fastest way to gain girth. So with doing this you can eliminate all of the jelqing you were planning to do.

Yes, a sleeve will be just fine to keep yourself elongated. The SiliStretcher is better but the sleeve will function in the same way, healing in an elongated position.

The difference between the StealthStretcher and the SiliStretcher is the rod system. The StealthStretcher can be used as a traction stretcher. If you’re planning to wear through the night I highly recommend using the belt system not the rod system. The rod system is too dangerous to wear when you’re sleeping.

Any routine you should do for 90 days before you change but SRT is a bit different. As you progress you will add a new exercises and you will increase intensity.
