Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Jake123456789, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks for all the info! I just ordered a sizegenetics after months of contemplating. I’m very skeptical because I could barely find any real reviews online or before and after photos. I’m hoping to gain at least 1.5 inches to put me at a normal 6inches. Please Link me any info that will help me! Thanks man ??

The SizeGenetics is a great ADS and when used in the right way it is very effective. I would not rely solely on the ADS but I would put it to use in a very progressive and passive way. A good place to start as far as tools are concerned is in the SRT thread. Have a read through that and come back to me with any questions. At that point I can help you put a routine together
