Welcome to the Brotherhood, @IncognitoBandito, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
I've been lurking for a couple weeks now, however I didn't start the newbie routine until last Saturday. In that time I've worked my way up to the 3 sets of stretches and 600 jelqs. I haven't officially measured myself though, but I'd imagine now is a good time to do so
 
So good to have you! Glad you already have gotten some time in. I suggest stating a progress thread that contains all of you information. Current measurements, goal, exercises, routines, tool work, daily updates, pictures and videos if you want. A progress thread is the first place to start. Here is a link:
 
Hi @IncognitoBandito ! Nice avatar, I hope you're not in despair like Luigi though! ;)

Definitely get your measurements ASAP! And making a progress log can help so much by keeping you accounted for yourself. Also stating your routine in the progress log other Brothers can help you. Sometimes there are things to add and other times substraction could be in place.

Measure yourself, use the same position either seated or standing each time from the same spot on the penis.

Snap some shots for yourself to look back on, once you gain.
