Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Hub, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Hello! Thx , so nice :) I am 22 years old, 5,9 feet tall and I weight 176 pounds. My penis is 4,7/5 inches while erected, while flaccid 2,4 inches. I am really shy and affraid. I am not in peace with my body. I started looking for some informations, how can I improve my sexual life to be confident etc. Also I have a problem with premature ejaculation, ahhh.

But! I am starting to be very optimistic and calm since I have been training my body and do meditation. If it's possible to gain some length, even in longer period of time, I am in. For now I want to achieve 7 inches and in girth idk. Can you help me ?

Hopefully I can bring some peace to you and give you the secrets that will make you love your penis. The Penis is a part of your body, and all of it is given to us by God so accept where you are but expect to get bigger.

What size do you want to get to? How much time you have every day to train? Are you more concerned with girth or length? Do you own any equipment? Have you ever done PE before? Let me know some of these answers and I can help you put together a wonderful routine. In the meantime please read through SRT and the newbie routine.
 
So I am 12.5/13 cm long now, want to be 17 cm, with girth i have 11,3 cm and I want to have 14 cm I think :) Right now I don't have any equipment with me, but I own Bathmate hydromax 5. So the question will be how to train now and how to train when I got it. I am more concerned on length but I want to keep balance so I need some gain in girth too. I tried some PE exercies like jelqing and streching and Kegel squeezes but didn't do it more than a week. Now I want to prepare, make a plan of exercises and stick with it. Thx!

I can say that I have plenty of free time every day and can be consistent with it, let's say two hours free every day.
 
I was reading and thinking. What is "Behind The Cheeks" stretching, it's similar to "Straight Out" stretching ? / newbie routine
 
Starting out the newbie routine is a very wise way to go as newbie gains can be made very quickly using this routine. I also like how the newbie routine can be brought into the SRT routine with extreme ease. If I were you I would stick with a newbie routine for your length work. If you have a LengthMaster be sure to use it for all of the stretches as you will gain so much faster.

with your pump I recommend the 5×5×3 found in SRT. This is a very quick way to pack on girth it is very easy, comfortable and safe.

I also hope that when you read through SRT you pick up on some of the healing techniques like wearing a cock ring after girth work or using your SiliStretcher keep yourself in a elongated state as you heal. There are many other great suggestions so look at through and come back to me with any of you may need.
