I’m in need of some help, I’ve been doing PE half heartedly for about 2 years so not really any gains at all. Until recently I’ve started again. I have a deadline of about 3 & half months to make some length and girth gains(more importantly girth). Reasons for the deadline (a girl haha)

I recently purchased a size genetics extender & Bathmate and have been following a routine from “good looking
loser” I’m only 3 weeks in.

Am 10mins Bathmate
Enter The SizeGenetics, wear for 6-7 hrs throughout work (this can sometimes be painful and the head often turns a dark purple)
Pm Bathmate
Wear Bathmate for 2 more hours

I’ll be purchasing a VLC Tugger for more comfort, and a SiliSleeve and ring for healing.

My question is, is there a better quicker smarter routine to use or anything I should add to the routine I’ve seen a lot about SSJ’s but I have no idea how to do those even by reading the description?

Would appreciate any guidance :)

First of all, your deadline; don't stress about it, how big are you now? Sex is more than size of your penis, you know that! ;) Being good at cunnilingus is a damn good thing, being able to do some massaging as well helps. In my small experience it's a great deal about trust and having your partner relaxed.

Your routine threw me off at "wear Bathmate for 2 more hours", I suspect it's the Size Genetics.

I would go for the 5x5x3 routine with BM sessions, where you pump for five minutes, do Slow Squash Jelqs for five minutes, repeated three times.

VLC Tugger and Silisleeves sounds like a great idea! Especially the sleeves can help you with the extender and also to heal while elongated. The discomfort you experience with SG could be a thing in the past with the sleeves. I would aim for slight discomfort but not soreness. Trust the lower tension as @lowe has said in the chat and I agree, at times doing certain PE exercises with lower tension can produce better results than hamming it up with huge forces.

You surely have the tools for gaining! Now put your heart into the workouts and you shall gain! Never give up!
And most of all, as I stated in first of all, don't stress about it ... Anxiety is the key for bad experiences! I know it.

I think you need to set reasonable expectatives in such a short time.
If you heard good looking loser, his words are: this is a marathon, not a speed race.

I don´t think setting a deadline is not adequate mindset to grow.
That said, under my experience,(and if your name honors your goals,) 3 months can give you 1 cm girth, if you clamp.
Just my opinion.

Yes there is a much better work out it was called SRT and it will bring gains faster than any other work out as the concentrates on very specific healing and gaining traits. You have the equipment you need to do it so I suggest you read through it and come back and ask any questions you may have.
 
Thanks man I’ll read it over tonight.

One problem I am Having is blow flow, I struggle to stay in a 70-100% erection for Jelqing or excercises that require me to be in that state for a period of time.

Any advice would be great.

On the right, go down the list, Slow Squash Jelq.

Just get to it, do exercises and gain more strength. Certain gains could come with the timeframe you told us about, but more so it's best to be confident. Confidence can easily add inch or two. ;)

those SSJ’s give me such a pimp it’s last for a whole day!

Had two questions....

The Silisleevs, what sizes do you think should I purchase?

Also the vlc Tugger, says it won’t work if the head is the incorrect size, if I continue with girth work etc my head is surely going to increase no?

As I’m from Australia ?? it’s abit if pain in the arse with shipping so I wang to get it right.

@DLD will chime in as soon as possible.

In the meantime, glad to hear that the SSJ's work for you! It is a great exercise, but at times can take a bit of time to get a hang of it. I know that I sure had some issues but boom, when I got it down, oh yes!

If you have any devices, extenders etc., the shorter sleeve kit is a good option.
But for pumping it's best to go for the longer sleeve kits. Or you could do a combo of one short and one longer.

I just know VLC by name, checked the products briefly just a moment ago.
Head size is one of the difficult parts in PE to gain and it might change so much, unless you really do exercises that put a lot of strain on the head.
So your current size should be the viable indicator for the size of the unit.

I can totally sympathize (I've typoed that word so many times :D ) about the shipping! I live far away from you in Finland and sometimes shipping to here can also be problematic. I can't imagine how it might be in Australia, as it is such a big country!

Question brotherhood, I’m struggling to keep erection above 80% for ssj’s Sometimes it can take up two 1:30hrs to complete a girth session, anytips ive got cialis but don’t wana starting knocking them back as they are expensive
 
Hi guys, little guidance, I’ve got abit of a snag. I’ve injured my banjo (frenulum) whilst doing one, it seems to be very sore and open whenever I do stretching or ssjs...advice would obviously be to listen to my body and heal. But got any tips for healing quicker? Thanks
 
Keeping it moisturized, possibly covered. (Uncut or cut?) There are many different ointments to promote healing.
DLD advocates low % Hydrocortisone, I like Shea butter, many go for coconut oil ...
Heck, you can even use honey on wounds! :D (And I've done it. It's sticky, but if it's an area which you can cover easily, it does help a lot.)
Natural, raw honey that is. Os propolis honey, support your local farmers.

Resting counts for a lot. I did ride through my frenulum cut with very low intensity Bathmate sessions, at least for a bit. Must have rested too, it's been several years since the incident.
 
Thanks mate, just annoying really was making good progress, the pumps from ssjs were huge now I’ve problably gotta take a few weeks off :( I should still try and strap it up to keep it lengthen?

I’m uncut just fyi, it’s most sensitive the morning after a girth routine ?
 
OK, being uncut just keep your foreskin naturally, should help the healing, depending of course how long your foreskin is.

If it hurts too much, just give yourself a good break, taking care of the skin. Doing Kegels and possibly piss pulls or other light work is alright. Listen to your body. :)
I hope it heals quickly! I recall mine took a week or two to get the point I could go with more force again.

I can relate I ripped my entire frenulum off about a year into my PE. I never felt anything as painful and it took exactly 2 weeks to clear up. But my injury was extreme I literally sheared the entire frenulum off so I needed that break. Using bacitracin on the area is very smart Since it is a open wound. After it heals I suggest you use a small amount of hydrocortisone after each workout to keep your skin and good balance in shape.

Unfortunately you will need to take a break because the frenulum will continue to rip whether it’s length or girth work. What you can do is keep yourself elongated using a ace bandage or a sleeve so you do not lose any temporary games as you heal.

I don’t usually suggest this and I don’t even know the condition of your Frenulum you could post a picture so I can get a better idea but there is a thread called “frenulum tying” where men are safely removing their Frenulum Because it’s damaged or too tight or other reasons. Depending on the condition you’re in you may want to read through that thread.

If you have the time I would go long as you can. The soreness you’re feeling is fatigue and although it is sore you should push through it as this is the best time to stretch as the pelvic floor muscles are too weak to hold back the stretch. We’re not talking about sharp shooting pain I’m talking about little soreness or fatigue.

2) Does anyone know where I can buy cheaper size genetics rods I’m searching the Internet but don’t know which sites to trust as SG Takes a lifetime for postage.

All rods are universal for the most part unless you’re getting some really crazy rare extender. So any rods you can find on eBay or through a cheaper extender company will work with your sizegenetics.

these are great tips thank you.

The pain soreness I’m feeling mainly is around the ring base of the size genetics when it’s faving up, just feels like it’s digging in and also around the foreskin that the vlc attaches too. That’s where most of the pain is.

One thing that keeps returning is a bruise on the frenulum. I have a picture if anyone has any ideas, I left it two weeks but it’s just came back after 1 day of SRT

I took two weeks off it subsided but as soon as a started to stretch and pump it has gotten sore again and I’m not confident in stretching further as I believe I may tear it. Thanks

You need to wait until your frenulum has completely healed. It looks as though it still has a open nick in it. I would continue with bacitracin until it’s completely healed. Wait another week...sorry?
 
Ouch! Yeah man, throw some hydrogen peroxide on that bad boy too. I don't know if healing extended is an option. Definitely not an extender, neither strapped nor vacuum-based. Maybe a silisleeve or ujw, but only if you can still let that banjo owie breathe. Stop short of wrapping that close to the head. But it might be best to just let it hang natural for a while.

Ok, but seriously though... It's called a banjo in AUS? :D
 
Bacitracin three times a day. Make sure it’s always clean. My frenulum healed up in two weeks using bacitracin three times a day and my injury was massive. I managed to shear my entire frenulum off! Where do you think the frenulum tying thread came from? LOL that’s also another choice, you can remove your frenulum, Visit the thread and there’s instructions and hundreds of guys that have done it. If done properly it’s very safe and you’ll never have issues with your frenulum again.
 
Hi guys back again,

These silli sleevs I’ve got. Just received them. I literally am having so much difficulty using them. Putting them on firstly I have no idea how you use it like a condom as it’s too thick and my dick just won’t go through. I’m having to use brut force to stretch them open quickly slip my dick in and then try and move my dick around so it fits. Which is just a pain in the arse can take up to 10 minutes

Is there a video on how to put them on properly? Also as im
Uncut, if my foreskin isn’t pulled back my dick just shrinks down the tubing and doesn’t start extended. Unless I roll down the top once to crest a soy of cock ring.

Any ideas?

No video, but how I apply them is like this;
I fold it once over itself, as it it's about 2" in lenght (this for the regular sleeve but I would assume it works the same for the longer ones), then open / stretch the sleeve with both hands, using index and middle fingers. Then it's quite easy to roll the folded up part down.

Also try wearing the flanged part at the base of your penis if you're applying it like in the pictures.
Some men have more success with the flange at the base than behind the glans.

Having an erection helps when you put the sleeve on, "just like" with a condom. ;)

Roll it up like a condom, then stretch it so the thicker part is right behind your glans. Then do some jai stretches to get to your full flacid length before unrolling it back to the base (again like a condom). Then put a small rubber or silicone band around it at the base to prevent tugback from rolling it back up.

This is an awesome hing to do and takes so much pressure off your head and allows you give so much intensity to the stretch. Add some of the new MOSGrip and manual work will never be the same. The SiliSleeves and the MOSGrip are incredible. Everyone who stretches manually NEEDS BOTH!
