Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I was a lurker before on your forums a few years back but lost my log in info. Basic stats is 7.5 length, 5.5 base girth, 5.25 mid shaft girth, 5 inch below the glands. I am mainly looking at girth improvement. I would like to add ultimately 1 inch to the girth stats.

If you give me your old account name I could get that information for you and post it in this thread. Let me know. If you’re only going to go for girth I got the best routine for you. Check out the 5×5×3 in the SRT Routine. Using a Bathmate or Mityvac will bring this gain the quickest.
