Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Well I bought the regular Hydro7 out of curiosity. I'm 6 inches and would like to add maybe 2 more inches. The thing is I'm not sure if I'm using this product right because I'm in the shower, I fill it up and start pumping but about a minute in it feels very tight and uncomfortable and I can barely pump it with very little water coming out so I have to release pressure and pump again. Is that normal?

That is very normal and the way it should be. You need to be under full pressure in order to get the best expansion. I highly recommend you do the 5×5×3 because this will alleviate much of the issue you’re having. Check it out and let me know what you think
