Hey DLD and others! Long time viewer, finally registering. DLD, I was hoping you could help me put together a routine. Let me tell you what I've done, where I'm at, my constraints...and goals.
I started reading everything I could read on the site in the summer of 2019, including the Newbie Routine and
SRT. By mid-November of 2019, I had put together a plan, taken measurements, and started. I took all measurements but for simplicity, I started at 5.125" NBPEL and 4.75" EG. I was pretty well doing everything by the book as far as Newbie Routine for length (warm-up, manual stretching, etc.) and then employing
SRT by healing extended using an Ace bandage. For girth, I was doing everything manually and began putting more emphasis on the
SSJ as opposed to jelqing over time. In mid-January I stopped due to slowing progress (my BPFSL wouldn't budge), work schedule, and I just couldn't devote the one hour per day anymore. My ending result was 6" NBPEL and 5.25" EG---a gain of +.875" NBPEL and +.5" EG. I should also mention I lost 15 pounds (reducing the fat pad) and I know that helped. I was pleased. I basically stopped up until now and would like help starting again. I think my newbie gains are in the bag and want to make more progress. Believe it or not, the gains have been permanent, except for a little of the girth.
My goal for the time being is an additional +1" in NBPEL. That would bring me up to 7" NBPEL, which would be an increase of +1.875" in NBPEL since PE began. As far as EG goes, I do have a final goal there of 5.75" (that would be an increase of +1" since PE began), but due to my time constraints, I am leaning towards focusing on that after the length as been achieved.
So...Here's what I'm thinking/wondering and here's where I could use your help, DLD or anyone experienced!
1) What do you think about focusing on the length first? This is because of my time constraints (listed below) and me knowing that sustainability in this will be my key to long term success. Perhaps I'm wrong and I should alternate days for length and girth?
2) I would like a way to warm-up before the actual routine begins. I'd like to try to do this sitting down so I can multi-task with something else. Possibly a heating pad, warmed rice sock, something better...?
3) Can we put together an awesome routine that will take 30 minutes? I was thinking I might be ready for the
Length Master? I'm not trying to be a minimalist here, but I have really come to respect sustainability when it comes to achieving goals.
4) As far as healing extended, I know it's important, but I've got to be able to move for work. UJW, a
sleeve, a product from
Stealth? I'm not sure big apparatuses will work.
5) How feasible is it to gain another +1" of NBPEL based on the progress I've already made? How long do you think this would take with a great 30min/day routine? This would be a total increase of +1.875" NBPEL.
