Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Dr. Boner, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks for the warm welcome. Been lurking on a few forums, but MOS seems the most friendly, supportive and inviting, so decided to take the plunge and join.

Starting stats:
BPEL - 6.25
MSEG - 5.25
BPFL - 4.75
MSFG - 4.5

Goals:
BPEL - 7.25
MSEG - 5.75
BPFL - 5

Experience to date:
3 months
Warm up with heating pad for 10 min.
Manual stretches (9 cardinal directions for 1 min each, bundled stretches 1 min each direction, erect base expressive stretches 10 sec hold/10 sec regrip break for total 4-5 min), pumping (4-5 inHg for 10 min x 3 sets), SSJ thrown in (less consistently). Usually do 3-4 sets per day. 1-2 days off per week (just light stretching/massage/heat).

Gonna start hanging, as I feel good with stretching, but I do my routine from the office and need to be more hands free. Bib hanger on the way and looking to slowly replace manual stretches (aside from a warm up set prior to hanging).

Tried PenimasterPro extender, but couldn't get a good stretch and the threads stripped after 60 days.

Any feedback appreciated. Hopefully will get a log up once I start with hanging.
 
This sounds very good my only advice would be to include the healing methods found in SRT. Healing is just as important as gaining. Please read through SRT and come back to me with any questions you might have. It will be the best addition to your routine

Just read through SRT in detail (had previously just skimmed it). Got a SiliSleeve on the way - going to give it a try, as it seems most compatible with my lifestyle.
