Thanks for the welcome. Glad I found this forum after searching for something with actual info on PE. I perched an extender a little over 2 weeks ago and have been struggling to make sure I'm using correct as well as a place to ask questions about issues I'm having with the device. I'm currently using the sizgenics

The first week wasn't so bad. I was able to wear it without to much discomfort and I did so for 4hr but the second week it became more uncomfortable as the head doesn't have deep enough grooves to catch the tube so I would have to put it on tight otherwise it starts to smash it's self down and pull out. Now it's to a point where I can only were it for about an hr before I need to take it off and let blood to the had as it starts to change color.

This can be fixed with one addition the VLC. The VLC was made for this exact reason. The VLC is used as the main attachment and with this attachment you can put on and takeoff your SG is less than 10 seconds. It is extremely comfortable and will never cause discoloration, Thrombosis or blisters. It’s so comfortable that you can wear your SG for hours on end. Pick it up and you’ll be so happy you did
