Welcome to the Brotherhood, @devicefreak, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I read about you in a report by some sort of law professor if i remember correctly. Impressive backstory!
Right now i am about 16-17cm erect length (NBPEL) and i wanna reach 20-21cm (NBPEL).
About girth i am not concerned yet and i haven't measured it yet.

I have a penimaster pro, as well as a malehanger.
Could you help me out with a routine?

I thought about simply hanging 3-4 sets per day, slowly progressing with weights and at the same time get some extending time right after with the rod functionn of the penimaster during the day and with the belt on low tension as a sort of ADS while sleeping.
(except the sleeping part, i am doing this routine for about 6 weeks now)

Does that sound reasonable?
Did i miss something important?

And about girth? I ordered a clamp but should i even start girth work at this point? Can i add some clamping in the night before i put on the ADS?

Looks like a awesome routine I have a couple of suggestions to even make it better. Before you exercise be sure to get in five minutes I’ll bundled stretches, this will prepare your Tunica to take on more growth. I also hope you can get in some expressive work and this can be part of your hanging routine. For one set each day attach the hanger is close to the base of your penis as possible. This will cover any internal growth you may have lurking.

As far as an ADS to wear for healing and through the night I highly recommend the SiliStretcher. It is the perfect healing and gaining tool.

And finally what do you plan on doing for girth? The best possible girth routine you’ll find an SRT and it’s called 5×5×3. It’s very quick and the expansion is incredible. Some men see more than an inch of temporary gain after a session. If you do not have a pump check out our selection of pumps in the store.

Other than that take some really good measurements so you know exactly where you are and start a progress log so we can keep track and you can keep track of what’s going on.

I appreciate you give me the advice since i am sure you are both busy with doing your own routine as well as helping many other guys out there.
i get a firm ruler these days and put out my measurements soon.
Since i already have the penimaster pro, i won't get the silistretcher anytime soon i guess unless it turns out to be too problematic wearing the penimaster at night.
I do have a cheap air pump but the gauge system doesn't really work so i don't know at what pressures i pump...but i guess going according to the feeling is more appropriate anyway. Will check on the SRT routine as well
