Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I've read the SRT routine but it's a bit confusing in regards to layout and exercise selection.

Welcome @DantheMan2018 ! Good to have on board, you might notice making gains by being active member can help a lot.
Making a progress thread can put the gears in motion, as in making you set into a routine and following through.

SRT can be slightly confusing, just stick to the first post. Ask if you need any help.
The newbie routine is also good, especially if you're at the starting point of your PE journey.

Some background info..

Began PE with a basic Bathmate routine in February to May. Took a break until end of this October 2018 because I kept getting red dots, discoloration and brusing ...

Currently: using size genetics and bath mate November & December. Average about 4-5 hours in the Sizegenetics and was at 12 minutes Bathmate but consistent blood vessel/capillary issues left my penis discolored, so I've taken a week off.

Questions
Was wondering how i could incorporate SRT?

Where could I find instructional videos to perform these exercises DLD mentions? For example, the SSJ in between the 5x5x3?

Has anyone gotten good gains flaccid? Seems I didn't get much discolouration from flaccid

Sizegenetics and Bathmate should give you plenty of gains.
When you follow the 5x5x3 Bathmate routine there shouldn't be red dots, discoloration or bruising.
Adjust accordingly, some benefit from shorter time in the pump and more time jelqing.
And some can go longer in the pump and shorter amount of jelqing.
In my case I vary between timing, always monitoring that there's no excess fluid retention or dotting.

I personally try to do my BM sessions erect or at least semi-erect for better expansion.
This is also a thing where you can add variation, sometimes do flaccid BM sessions and other times erect BM sessions. Timing is mostly the key thing to avoiding discoloration.

Incorporating SRT, well, you do have two great tools and your hands. So adding stretches done by hands can be added to your routine, from my viewpoint at least.
And the mentioned Slow Squash Jelqs to your BM sessions. Acquiring Hydrocortisone 1% or other good skincare cream could be beneficial. Personally I use Shea butter for many skin care situations.

A personal log can help keep track of your process.

Sorry to hear about the dots/discoloring...I've been intensely pumping w/my modded X40 and have experienced some moderate darkening (but no permanent dots). I'll be experimenting with our new MOS sleeves during my sessions (mostly to inhibit fluid retention), but it could help with 'other' side-effects...Ill report.

Wow! The hospitality and welcoming of this forum is amazing! THANK YOU for the replies.

Here comes a big post. I would love to start a log. I've been daily tracking my last two months. (Time in extender etc)

Equipment Used:
Took a break end of May until end of October. Lost my girth gains. Concerns over red dots, discoloration, and bruising from Bathmate. I know I definitely over-did it... long sessions at max pressure close to 15 minutes in 1 continual set of pumping to stay at max pressure. This forum recommends 5x5x3 and now I am a living example as to the reason why. Phallosan (in my opinion) is good only for healing in an extended state (as you have also mentioned in this forum). I was using the VLC with my Sizegenetics.

Current new routine : November & December 2018

Equipment Used:
  • Bathmate X30
  • Sizgenetics (without VLC)
  • Phallosan (aiming to begin using this at night time after my length and girth work in evening??)
= Average wear time for Sizegenetics in 4-5 hours 5x week
= Bathmate, taking 2 weeks off due to discoloration again. Have not attempted 5x5x3 or SSJ but will on my new routine. New year, new me!

Questions

Should I purchase the Length Master?

Could I do..

AM workout

= the Bundled + manual work in the morning, put on a silicone sleeve during the day (to stay extended) Should i get the Length master?

PM workout
= 5 hours of SG, then BM 5x5x3, then sleep with Phallosan?

Excited to get this going! I did send this to Red but figured it would be beneficial to post here because I'm getting so much love from you bro's!

Would extending laying down with the Sizegenetics have the same effect as sitting or standing?

I'll let the LM pros chime-in here, but as far as The BM goes...perhaps trying shorter sessions with higher pressures with 100% EQ. I know my best results occur when the intensity is (almost) at my limit and my EQ is strong. Maybe give that a go and report back?

I don't have experience with Sizegenetics. Lengthmaster could add to your training a lot, but your "possible workout routine" looks very fine to me as it is!

When you get back to using BM, you could do even less than the 5x5x3 routine, to really get your body accustomed to it. And therefore minimizing the possible discoloration. Main thing is not going for 15 minutes straight. I know this can be hard to grasp, I've stumbled upon going too hard myself!

I am very positive that you'll gain! As you said it yourself, New Year, new you! Put work behind those words and you can reach you goals.

The SizeGenetics will make no difference if you’re standing or laying. Just be sure to get a very strong stretch. As far as understanding these exercises SRT and other factors I refer you to the members of video section which we have just opened for free to the public. Hey guys, finishing up the final touches of my new routine.

I've logged 96 hours so far into Sizegenetics in the past 7 weeks. It isn't much, but it's conditioned myself so I can now wear it for 6-7 hours a day. I'll be wearing it for 1.5 hours before taking a 5 minute break to put it back on.

Definitely will be doing the SRT method, but I want to make sure i am doing it 100% correctly.

Please give all opinions and feedback before I go ahead and document my log. Add any corrections or input.

Daily Workout:
5 minute rice sock warmup
A.M. Workout
Manual Stretching (6x week):
  • Bundled Stretches
  • 12 BTC
  • 5 to the Left, 5 to the Right, 5 to the Center, 5 Down
  • 5 A Stretches (with kegels and reverse kegels)
  • 30 Rotary
Stealth to be worn during the day when not performing Girth
Girth (3x week):

Bathmate 5x5x3 (will start at only 1 set then work my way up)

Cock ring to wear during the work day
P.M. Length Workout (6x week)
5 minute rice sock warmup
5 to the Left, 5 to the Right, 5 to the Center, 5 Down
Sizegenetics 6-7 hours extending
Phallosan during sleep (healing in a stretched state)

Brief notes:
  • plan on purchasing Lengthmaster to help with manual stretching
  • plan on purchasing Stealth for keeping my guy comfortably stretched. Yes? No? Silicone sleeve + cock ring?
  • plan on purchasing a cock ring (any suggestions?)
DLD you sent me this link to all the videos (thank you!) Audio / Video Page but some links do not work. Where can I find a Bundled video? Once I get the Lengthmaster, I'll use that for the bundled stretches. I read it in the SRT thread but just am more of a visual learner + audio.

What do you think guys?
 
I am not sure that we have a video for this yet but I’m pretty sure that the user superdick may have made a few of these, look up his name. Let me look around and I’ll see if I can find one for you. It’s very easily done I’ll describe it for you. You get into your lengthmaster as usual, then taking the handlebars you twist your penis one turn or more depending on the person and from there he stretched straight out for 30 to 60 seconds. Alternate twists from the left to the right side to side.

Your routine looks perfect to me and I can see that you’re taking many cues from SRT. The way you’re training is very smart as you are easier way into a very intense workout.

Any suggestions on a cock ring? Thoughts on the Stealth or silicone sleeve?

As far as cock rings go I like the cheap black O rings you can get it Home Depot for like 3 bucks. You don’t need anything fancy just a rubber ring to keep that girth pump around long enough to heal.

As far as silicone sleeve to go we have the best in the world simply visit the store and order yours today. They are so thick and comfortable and usable in so many ways.

I'm waiting for my sleeves and I bet they are fantastic, from the MoS Shop.
Certainly suitable for many uses. Silicone as a cockring material overall is pretty much ideal. There are certain TPR-material rings which are OK, but so much low quality stuff is out there.

And it would work okay as a wrap to keep me stretched throughout the day in a healing state? I can't wear my Phallosan at work or else I would.
 
I think one of the "main uses" of the sleeves can be that all day stretching. At least I could see it being used in that manner, as other sleeves have been sold before for that application.

Few Brothers even seem to be "replacing" wraps with the sleeve, it certainly is much easier to put on, at least in theory, I'll know from experience soon. :)

For any application where wrapping will be involved these sleeves will fill that space. These new sleeves are very thick and durable and will rock with your SizeGenetics.

You’re gonna love the lengthmaster with the sleeves! Reports are coming in that men don’t even need to wrap when using the link master if they’re using our new sleeves. I’m so excited about the sleeves and I’m so excited that lengthmaster users will finally have a rap that will be so comfortable there’s no holding back.

I would be all for it, because its keeping the penis stretched out while healing in that state.

When used in synergy with other methods such as hanging, intense stretching etc the extenders have more to 'play' with so to speak, because they are now keeping a penis that is fatigued, and worked out, in a extended state for X amount of time to increase cell growth, which gives more size.

So, certainly go with this for optimal results.
