Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I can't go full erection at all so i can't do routines right...i do ssj + bathmate but i failed and I think it's because I can't get full reaction...i do some things right now to improve this situation but i would love to hear if you have some suggestions?

welcome and thank you for your question my brother. If you’re having weak erections you need to build your pelvic floor muscles up. The pelvic floor muscles are responsible for filling the penis with blood and the ability to hold it there. You can improve your erection quality rather quickly within a couple months following the routine I will be suggesting.

I have a few questions before I suggest. Are you able to get erections on your own during sex or masturbation? How long have you had this problem? Have you seen a doctor about this yet? Are you taking any medication to help this issue?

For now I suggest that you follow this routine. Go to the newbie routine and study and start it. This is a foundational routine that will build strength and endurance and size very quickly. Have a look over and let me know what you think or if you have any questions or concerns.
 
I have had this problem for a couple of years now, my doctor says it's a head thing, i worry too much about different things anyway he prescribes chill pills for me .. that shit didn't help anything..fat pad pubic shit gives me frustration too :( I have an erection during sex and masturbation but not 100%, 90%max. Honestly if there is a problem with concentration i think it is the part itself and that is a very small percentage, i think the problem is something else i dont know what. I would love if you have any routine to correct this?
 
I can write a routine for anyone but we want to try to figure out why you’re having this issue. This will give me better approach to writing the program you want. I think the first thing we need to do is start working on your pelvic floor muscles so you can regain strong EQ. I think the best routine for you to start with would be the newbie routine. This is a foundational routine that will build size and EQ quickly. Have a look through it and let me know what you think.
