Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

could you use Google translate so I can understand what you’re saying as I do not speak this language. Simply type your message into the Google translate engine select the language is English and it will give you the English version but you can post that I will understand. But if you understand me I would love to help you with a new routine if that’s what you’re looking for. Let me know my brother
