Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Crypt, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Thanks for linking the Newbie routine, I'm completely new to all this and feel out of my depth here.

Current stats:
Age 29
Height: 5'9
Flaccid length: 3", although this can be longer when it's warmer
Erect length: Just about 5"
Erect girth: 4"
I'm half Chinese/half British if that makes any difference.

At this point, I just want a couple of extra inches in both length and girth.

They say that size doesn't matter, it's how you use it, however I just think this is something that small guys say to make themselves feel better, or what big guys say to the small guys so they don't feel as bad.


I heard about jelqing a few years ago and was interested in trying it at the time (as I am by no means large), however the forum I saw it on had a lot of members saying it caused permanent damage to your penis, which scared me off. I've had a quick browse through this forum and it's clear that some people experience tremendous gains - I guess it's the same as going to the gym; if you don't maintain proper form and rush things, then you can seriously injure yourself.


I have a couple of questions (is there a FAQ anywhere?)
1) Do people keep their gains when they stop doing the exercises?
2) Are there any supplements that aid in growth?
3) Are there any products that you would recommend to someone that's new to all this?
