Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Chrisla8, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Thanks! Just checking out the site and liking what I am seeing. I’ve gained a little in the past during various forms of PE. Nothing too major though. Getting more into it again, because as I get older, I’m holding more weight and fatpad is increasing to over an inch. My bpel is about 6.5-6.75. Hard for me to get a good erection to measure. I’m sure if I had a 100% hard erection is would be close to 7. But I show under 6”. I would like to be 7.5” bpel and show 6.5 - 7” - I’m working on losing weight. I only hold Weight in stomach and lower groin area.

I’ve gained girth during me previous routines. Want to gain more. I know I was at 4.25” EG before I started PE years ago. And now at 4.5-4.75” - would love to be consistently over 5”

I have an extender, an air pump and have a PF ADS on the way. One limitation I have is I work a remote job 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off where my routine will have to be dialed back and less equipment. Figuring out a routine currently. Haven’t made a plan yet.

That’s not a huge issue it actually might be a very cool experiment for us. Going three weeks on and then three weeks off. Maybe we can even create an SRT version of this that would benefit many people. We have never tried it so I would love to try it with you since that’s your situation. You will become a guinea pig LOL

Got my ADS in. Going to do some stretching, pumping and then try it out. I like the idea of stretching the tunica, and healing in an elongated state, both concepts I learned by looking through this site.
