thanks for the welcome.

Looking for advice and guidance on pumping. Recently bought a pump and I’ve been using it for a couple of days

Currently 6.25” length an 5” girth whilst erect. Looking/hoping/wishing to get to 7” x 5.5” maybe. Just don’t know what to expect. Reading so many differing positive and negative stuff about pumping, just don’t know if it’s going to work.

I have the Tracy cox edge ultimate performance stamina pump. Completely uneducated pick. Kinda wishing I’d got a Bathmate now.

So have you made your gains using a pump?
 
Ah OK so thats like a basic shaft pump with hand air squeeze.

Should be a good introduction into pimping, can give some adding bonuses over the bathmate without the need for water.

Only really used the bathmate before and although not in my routine currently I have seen gains from it in the past, we have a pumping forum here where you'll find many guys with views and achievements with bathmate or using pumps such as the mityvac etc. Personally I'll always said carrying out other manual stretches and the likes of SSJ /Jelqs etc will improve the changes of seeing any gains rather than just pumping. What's your current routine?
 
No routine as of yet... only had the pump a few days and I’ve been doing 15 mins each day. Pump up for 5 mins, release the pressure, massage and then re-pump x 3.

just been reading the forums regarding the manual stretching. There is so much information and routines... not sure where to start ha.
 
Read the newbie routine and then SRT. This will be all you need to start my friend

In terms of your routine that matches my fav bathmate one of 5x5x5 with SSJs in between, thats a winner, just remember to slap a cock ring on once you have done for 20-30mins.
 
Can you use this pump in the 5×5×3 in SRT? I’ve never heard of this brand and I’m wondering if it will work with this routine. Let me know.
