Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Boss-G, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hi @DLD thanks for your message. A written routine could be useful to me.
A little info on my history of PE. I got into it around 2 years ago, did JP90 and was using bathmate regularly for around 3 months Managed to achieve gains inside the pump but nothing really measureable out of the pump. I lost interest a little due to not gaining. Now I have bought a Quick extender pro, with a vacuum bell (phallomate) mod because the straps slip off and are extremely uncomfortable, I think that is because my glans are smaller than my shaft. I've been using the extender on average around 4 hours per day for a few months... Have increased length in the device but again no measurable gain in erection size yet.

My current stats are;
BPEL: 6.2 inches
MEG: 4.5 inches

Short term goals:
BPEL: 7 inches
MEG: 5.25 inches

Long term goals:
BPEL: 8 inches
MEG: 5.5 Inches

Barriers:
I work as a personal trainer and fitness class instructor so can't wear extender while working, although I could wear the phallomate sometimes.

I share a house so can't always wear device at home.. but can definitely average 4 hours per day as I have been doing.

I'd be really grateful for your input.
 
Are you looking for only length right now?
 
@DLD Length is the priority, but I'd be interested in length and Girth.

I just wrote a length routine for another brother...wonder if it will work for your schedule?

Straight Down 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up: 30-seconds x 3
Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

PowerAssist fulcrum stretches
Choose 4 exercises you like and we add them in.

Expressive Stretching
Bathmate Hardcore Stretches 5 minutes
Lengthmaster low grip 5 minutes

Erect Stretching
You will want to get in 10 minutes every other day.

Testicle health massage and stretch
You will find this in the newbie routine.

do you already on this device? I ask because we carry a much better device called the SiliStretcher. It is just a much better device in every way I’ll leave a link below so you can check it out. But in general I always advise and ADS to be worn whenever you’re not training. It can be worn actively to make gains and it can be worn passively to heal and cement gains.

 
Yes I already have the Extender and I also have an ADS.
I will wear them As much as possible every day along with the workout you gave me.
I recently managed to achieve the longest stretch i have ever seen in the extender so far at 18cm.
Will see how much I gain with your workout!

No best thing is to slap one or 2 if you have them post any girth workout, personally I'd say for around 25 to 35 min max.
 
Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, is it advisable to wear a cock ring after the bathmate sessions? I can't fit into my ADS after bathmate but I'm wondering if it's safe to wear a cock ring? Don't want to cause injury

Yes that is advisable and you can read more about that in the SRT working. We wear a cock ring after girth work because it allows us to keep the pump while we heal.
