Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Can you show me where you have threads with personal programs that I can write about my progress?

I have been working with the expander for the third year now and would like to receive new information about the enlargement from foreign forums such as yours, because there is still little information on the Russians
