Welcome to the Brotherhood, @BHBM-BiggerHarderBetterMe, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Are you more interested in length or girth? What is your size right now? How big do you want to become?
 
Have you tried your pump yet? How does it feel? For that part of your routine I’m going to suggest you use the 5×5×3 found in the SRT thread.

For length training I would go with the newbie routine stretches and add a couple other stretches in. In addition to those stretches stretches I advise you to add in expressive stretching, erect stretching and the Testicle Health massage and stretch.

Before I commit to finishing this routine how much time do you have to dedicate every day? Let me know the answer there and I’ll write up a formal routine giving you time/reps

    @Toutdoudou I went to various nudist beaches in the past as well, and bathhouses or hot springs all over the world where all sexes were welcomed. This was both indoor and outdoor. If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
