Thank you for the welcome. Im here to try and get a routine to suit me, im currently 8 weeks into my bathmate routine and have started entering it fully erect for 6 minutes, each week i will be increasing to 10, 15,20. Im however finding it difficult to nail down a manual routine to match. Im currently 7in erect length a 5. inch erect girth. Can you help me develop a routine???
 
You’ve gotten some good advice my brother! I would also start out more of these exciting message by reading through the SRT routine. There is no better workout available.

i like the advice but i still feel a bit of a beginner and havent seen any growth at all in my routine so far. So im going to follow your master of size website routine with the bathmate use every other day. hopefully after 6 weeks i can see serious differences

Which workout are you referring to? The SRT routine?
