Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Aviator1117, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I got circumcised two weeks ago.
Want to start length exercises also going to resume my gym work out(had to take a break for surgery). Have lost body fat percentage in last three months and build muscles.
Current erect bone pressed lenghth is 4.7 inches, goal is to get 1 more inch.
Looking forward to learning and growing

How was your circumcision? I might a bit more healing time before doing PE, depending of course how you're feeling and how the cut looks like.

Your goal sounds very doable! Wishing you the best of gains, be sure to make that progress log, it can help you and others as well.

Thank you so much for answering and letting us know about yourself. Your circumcision should be healed up within a couple weeks and from there we should take it easy until we know you’re completely healed. From that point we will help you put a routine together it’ll get you to that goal you desire. I can tell you that most people, newbies, make very quick initial games so you have that going for you. An inch gain can be made inside of six months. Using the SRT routine will get you there and beyond.
