Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Apollore, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hi @DLD, thank you for the warm welcome! I actually discovered your name from another community over in other discussion site who spoke of you highly. I’ve been reading through the forums a lot the last couple of days and I love what I see. I have been doing PE for about a month and going slow with it by doing manual stretches such as S2S. I just started hanging last week and I love it. I use a vacuum hanger and with the Velcro strap, I wrap a 2lb weight in it and attach it to the vacuum cup. I’ve been hanging for about 1.5 hours a day; trying to hit at least 10 hours a week with this weight before going up a pound. From what I’ve read, you want to milk the low weights for as long as possible.

After I hang, I put on the ADS for as long as possible.. probably averaging 4-6 hours a day. Right now, I’m about 5.5”x4.5” NBPE.. I would love to hit 7.5”x5.5” NBPE. I’m hoping with the 6x100 of S2S stretches, progressing with hanging and the ADS, I can reach my goal in no time.
 
That’s a pretty humble goal and you should be able to do that within a year. The routine you’re using right now if it is productive continue using it but if you feel as though you’ve reached a plateau please reach out to me so I can help you with the routine that will keep you growing.
