I’ve been interested in penis enlargement for some time (like most men I was and still am conscious about penis size and have always been generally unhappy with it.) but have always thought whilst exercising your penis might improve vascular health, it was unlikely to lead to size increases other than those related to erection quality. At the same time I was also concerned that such exercises might cause irreparable damage (and this concern still exists to some extent.).
I recently decided to throw (some) caution to the wind and try to increase my penis size whilst trying to keep myself safe.
I was aware of ‘jelqing’ and basic stretching and decided to give it a try.
I began to stretch at all points of the compass (the basic stretch I’d noted suggested that it should be pulled up toward the navel and down to the ground by the head) something I’ve since found is employed by members of the forum.
Whilst jelqing didn’t seem to be doing much more than increasing blood flow to my glans, I thought that I might be able to stretch what is already there and increase capacity of the vessels by trapping blood and decreasing the space the blood inhabited...I would pinch the base in an ok and pinch in an ok an inch or two above and draw them together slightly to increase the pressure...whilst pulsing to increase blood flow to this dammed area...I would then move an inch up and repeat...
I then decided to try and make it more efficient by exercising the entire penis at once...by clamping the base in an ok (one or two fingers to make it nice and tight) and then draw it slowly up to the glans.
I didn’t think this was the best as it meant that the base was losing the work out and the girth would not be consistent throughout.
I therefore decided to clamp at the base and then push from the other direction...I would push on the head of the penis and feel an instant swell of pressure throughout the entire penis...I would push further to a point of discomfort and hold...this seemed to work perfectly...penis enlargement was possible - for me at least!
It transpires that these were
SSJ’s! As soon as I found this exercise mentioned online (I decided to invest more time researching as I was crow convinced penis enlargement was real.), then followed it to MOS. This, along with the mention of kegels, fulcrum (A) stretches (something else that I employed to get more purchase for a stronger stretch) along with V stretches (I employed something similar but used the fulcrum at the sides instead of on the top...in order to stretch what I thought was tendon or sinew but I’d in fact tunica (thanks MOS and you, DLD in particular for confirming that this can indeed be stretched! I’m currently working on it myself but thought that and gains made in the last couple of months were internal exposure or ligament relaxation).
Anyhoo, I’ve tried a few more, perhaps more dangerous stretches, as well, but since learning more about the anatomy of the penis and reading up on this site in the last week or two (this has also helped massively with my understanding of not just the anatomy of the penis but also the biology of it...thanks DLD and Vaseline Knight in particular...!), I have given them up.
I am now just concentrating on the newbie routine (it is essentially the routine I was following earlier but with a couple of the risky (downright dangerous) exercises I was previously employing, taken out (I want to keep my urethra thank you very much)...With bundled stretches (looking forward to seeing how these help...I was using something similar to try to get a deeper stretch in the past but the discomfort levels scared me away from them...let’s be fair, they seem rather unnatural...) and stand alone kegels included. I am also using reverse levels as part of my stretch routine (looking forward to seeing how these work as well!).
As to measurements...
A couple of months ago I was on 7 inch (little less/little more depending on the day) bone pressed erect (I have no idea what I was bone pressed flaccid stretched as did not think to use it.) and was 5.5 girth.
I am currently just over 7.75 inch bone pressed flaccid before exercising today (I have been longer after exercising so maybe the tunica is tighter before exercise and warming up) but haven’t checked my bone pressed erect recently (I’ll post after girth along with my erect girth.).
I know I’m above average in size but I’ve never felt I was (I avoided sexual encounters until my early twenties due, in part, to penis anxiety). I still have some anxiety but I just want a larger penis. Knowing that I am now above average hasn’t changed that need.
I have always got sexual gratification from satisfying my partners, as much as from the physical sensation itself, so this is no doubt part of it as well.
