Seeing that you have the
bathmate and the extender we can employ much of
SRT. The only thing you do not have is the
Lengthmaster. The routine I’m going to put together for you, all of the manual stretching can be done using the
LM. So if you do decide to pick up the
LM it will already be written into your routine.
As far as girth goes the best possible workout is the
SRT 5×5×3.

Five sets of 30 seconds expressive stretching. Simply grip your penis while it’s flaccid at the extreme base and stretch outward from there.
I would also like to see you doing 10 minutes of erect stretching three times per week.
Where are your ADS in active mode or gaining mode for two hours per day. And then wear your ADS in active mode or gaining mode for two hours per day. And then wear your ADS in a passive mode or healing mode as many hours as you can.
You could also pick up a Deuro
sleeve and use that to keep yourself elongated if the ADS is not working for your situation.

Stretch
will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly
stretch
your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.
I would also like to see you add in 10 minutes of erect stretching three times per week.
100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for five seconds then slowly release for two seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for one minute if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
