Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hi DLD, thanks for the welcome! I got the hydromax7 about a month ago and still trying to get used to it as it I find it can be painful and I am regularly left with the red dots on my shaft after pumping so I can't be consistent as I have to leave it a day or two before they go away.

My current size is 7.1" bone pressed length and 4.75" girth. I want to get to 8+"bpel and 5.5"eg.

I have just bought the sillistretcher-2 and it should be arriving tomorrow! As I have limited spare time and privacy I was wondering can I make any considerable gains using the sillistretcher and bathmate alone without any manual exercises and if so can you recommend a routine?

I love it you have everything you need to get going. How much time can you give me every day for training? Do you own a Lengthmaster? How is your privacy?
 
I could wear the sillistretcher at night so 7-8 hours? I can use bathmate daily when having a shower and I was hoping I could make gains by using these two methods alone! is this possible? I have limted privacy as I still live at home with my parents and I share a bathroom with my brother. I could add in a 5-10min manual stretching routine on top but that's about it. I don't have a lenghtmaster but i have spent enough on the bathmate and sillistrethcher in the past 2 months so I was hoping not to spend anymore money for a while.

Did I already write a routine for you? This sounds very familiar. Well let me know here’s the routine I wrote out:


Seeing that you have the bathmate and the extender we can employ much of SRT. The only thing you do not have is the Lengthmaster. The routine I’m going to put together for you, all of the manual stretching can be done using the LM. So if you do decide to pick up the LM it will already be written into your routine.



As far as girth goes the best possible workout is the SRT 5×5×3.

When finished put on your cock ring for two hours to retain the pump state you’re in. This will help you heal in an expanded state.

Five sets of 30 seconds expressive stretching. Simply grip your penis while it’s flaccid at the extreme base and stretch outward from there.



I would also like to see you doing 10 minutes of erect stretching three times per week.



Where are your ADS in active mode or gaining mode for two hours per day. And then wear your ADS in active mode or gaining mode for two hours per day. And then wear your ADS in a passive mode or healing mode as many hours as you can.



You could also pick up a Deuro sleeve and use that to keep yourself elongated if the ADS is not working for your situation.



Testicle Health

Stretch

will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.



With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly

stretch



your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.



I would also like to see you add in 10 minutes of erect stretching three times per week.



100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:

Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for five seconds then slowly release for two seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for one minute if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

No you didn't, I only came across MOS a week or two ago when I bought the Sillistrectcher! It arrived today and I am very impressed with the quality, looking forward to putting it to use.

Thanks for sending on the routine. The girth routine shouldn't be a problem but I think I will struggle with the length routine time wise unfortunately.

Can I use the sillistretcher while sleeping in a gaining mode? for now I would like to use that solely and incorporate manual stretching when I figure out where I can fit it in time wise or am I wasting my time using just the sillistrecther alone for length gains? I purchased it thinking I could use it by itself for length gains but from what I've read on this forum it is used more so as a healing device after doing manual work?

All advise is much appreciated.
 

Well this routine will work perfectly for you also. I thought it was you because it was all the same questions and answers so I think you will do very well with this routine.

First day trying out the sillistrectcher-2 and I've a few questions!

1. How long can you wear it for without having to take it off given there is no discomfort?
2. How much tension should I be using? should i constantly feel a slight strain/tension on my penis?
3. Whats the best direction to wear it for length gains upwards , downwards?

Also I never received a waist strap with my order! Do you have an email i can contact about this?
 
I’m sorry that you did not receive that with your package send an email to sales@mattersofsize.com and they will correct this.

You can wear it as long as you’re able to wear it. As long as you’re not having skin issues like blisters or the lake you can go as long as you desire. There will be a limit and you’ll have to fine with that limit is according to your own body.

you should use as much tension as you possibly can when you’re wearing it in a active way or with the intention of causing growth. But you also want to wear it at a very moderate tension to help you heal after you’ve done your length workout.

Always wear it down, wearing it upward will never ever cause growth. The way to address upward stretching is with bundled stretching. The tunica is just too dense for an extender. To make the fastest possible Tunica gains you would want to do upward bundled stretching using a Lengthmaster.
