Welcome to the Brotherhood, @3leggedman, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
I joined this site in 2015 but have never used it, i tried jelqing for a short period (maybe 2 week) then stopped, I would now like to really start some kind of routine and Need some help as this site is quite overwhelming for me, I am currently 5.5inch and would love to get to 7 if that is possible

I am still skeptical and not sure if this stuff really works but want to comitt to a simple routine that will give me the quickest gains just to actually build my confidence that this actually works

@DLD please could you give me just one thing that i can do every day for the next couple of months that will give me some gain, no matter how small that gain is,to give me that confidence

One thing I will tell you is this, do not settle for manual PE. Get a device like the length master. You must be willing to use the length master for 40mins to 1 hour daily and you also must be willing to train for a minimum of 6 months.
