Yeah its been hard with my medical conditions but I am getting better.

Anyone can feel free to PM me anytime with any problems, I am a good hearer and wont judge, I dont wont peeps to feel I am the OLD red' , I have always been a good hearer but my mind was polluted with shit way back ... so if ya ever need 1on1 than PM me, I mention this cos C-GUY needs recognition for his goodness when I was down, he pm me daily with support .... a true man.

Thanks to all who helped me out and DLD for giving me the MOD title once more.
