Moderators do a proper clean up operation on the forum, has the ability to increase your reputation on the forum, has the ability to ban users who post meaninglessly on the forum. They are like a coach or a referee.

And huge girth has been a major contributor to this side aswell.

How will you define meaningless. Don't be biased in giving me this answer.
 
Yea bro how do you know that whatever you say has meaning to another member? Sometimes I don't much care for the content of posts, but everyone has something to offer the brotherhood.

Also I think lightning is the only one that should ban while you both new cadets should just instill discipline. You're mods now that's a high honor which demands diligence, and control.:P

Our mod worthy decisions are based on longevity, maturity and contribution of posts in our community here.
Also members that make suggestions and repot posts to us is determining factor as well.
