weird cramp thing when i sneeze

hey guys, how's it going?

anyway...i have this weird problem.

most of the time, when i sneeze...i feel this weird cramp right behind my sack. and it does NOT make me "leak" urine.

also, it happens when i pee. i can be peeing and i "squeeze" with the muscle that stops usine ( i don't even know why i do it..just kinda natural when i am half way finishing)...it suddenly cramps and reduces flow drastically...

anyway..anyone know what it can be?

Ok not sure, not definite...but might be a minor hernia, get a doctor to feel you up.
