It work on a PC (Windows and Ubuntu Linux...).
But not on mobile devices.

For those who are receiving an error when you pull down the notification (bell) icon on your mobile unit, the fast way is to clear out the cache to refresh with new program code embedment.

That is true. This can happen if you have to many tabs open, and jumping back and forth between them.

I noticed that, wherever you are on the site, if you go to the Home landing page, all functions restored, including the notification messages. So, I think it can also be parsed subpage codes not working well with mobile browsers. Happens all the time.
