Quick question, when I warm up I try to push the wash cloth against the base and pubic bone area to hopefully warm the ligaments up as well. Has anyone of you ever wondered in putting warm cream on that area during a workout? Or is it unrealistic that the cream would actually warm the ligaments during the workout?
