Progress thread Wanted to gain but not much time to do everything.

I wanted to remain a observer in this site but everyone is so generous with their advice. I have read many posts throughout the site and learn from each of them. Willing to put a thread up to ask what someone who does not have a lot of time for PE can do. I was originally brought into this by my urologist after focus shockwave treatment to help ED as a above 55 year old. Now I am enjoying some gains and no ED so looking to gain in size and girth. I have the phallosan forte, phallosan plus extender and the Dr Kaplan pump with cylinders 2”, 2 1/4 for girth and 3 inch for full package. When I use the 2” I am against the sides so I think this is probably for length and the 2 1/4 for girth. Some of the exercise that are posted seem too aggressive for me and I would like to just use what I have and hope that I get the gains I want.

Thinking I should wear a sleeve during the day when not in the ADS like the phallosan to hold length. Wanted to use the extender but cannot wear clothes with it so that is out. Has anyone made gains in length with the phallosan forte

Made great gains with the SiliStretcher. It is very discreet and flexible to every angle

Thank you for your response. Looks similar to the phallosan forte. Is there a big difference except for the ring.
Much more flexibility and able to provide every angle. It is much more comfortable than the phallosan. Plus lifetime warranty. If you go this route remember you get 10% off using coupon code MOS18

I have both and I threw my phalloson away. It's a piece of junk and I don't know why it gained so much traction in the community.
I think a bunch of people promoted it because they were paid off by the company.
Take it from a guy that's used alot of devices. Do not buy the phalloson.

The Silistretcher is the most comfortable ADS I've had so far. Just make sure you measure correctly to get the right size for yourself.

I also threw my Phallosan forte away, it was worthless. I could not use it at all. But they have no refunds at that company (Bondimedical). It was like throwing my money away.
Stay away from this worthless device.

I know, I hate that they don't have refunds. I should have done more research on it but at the time I bought it I think it was the only ADS in the market.
Times have changed now and we have more options

Why don’t you just do a manual, bundled stretch routine.

Stretch in 5 directions all bundled. Straight down, to the left, to the right, straight up and straight out. Hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds, and put on the ADS after doing the stretches to heal in an elongated state.

That routine you could do in the morning for length and then maybe do 5x5x3 in the evening for girth, putting that pump to use as well. The Slow Squash Jelq which is an integral part of any pumping routine is not an extreme exercise to perform and it really helps in reducing fluid build up and getting more girth gains.

Sounds like a good plan. Some in the morning and some in the evening. With the SSJ are you suppose to be firm or semi.

Thanks always for the quick feedback. All of you who answer are so supportive. Very much appreciated as a semi newbie 3 month pumper and real newbie to ADS. Going hesitantly at first which I think is a good idea so not to get hurt
Honestly starting slow is going to be best for long term.
Which is exactly what PE is.
It's a long term commitment of at least 1-2 years if you're consistent. But most of us that take it seriously end up doing it as a hobby for life.

If you can make gains with less work it will allow you to continue to add different techniques, devices, and time in the future.
If you start out with too much you could hurt yourself and make it harder to gain in the future.

I think I will see where I am in a month. Adding the stretches and SSJ to the mix. Then revisit. I see things changing already. Appreciate the advice

Glad you found a routine that can work for you, that’s what it’s all about.

Best of luck on your journey to gains my brother. And yes, take it slow, and learn as you go.
