Progress thread Wanna get to 9!

Hello to all the brotherhood! At this point I am committed enough to start a thread to share my experiences and hope I am not doing anything too stupid. A little about me; I am almost 42, 5ft 11 inches tall, around 220 pounds. I work on a ship for 2-3 months at a time with 2-3 months off. While at work I have the free time and privacy for PE. Found this forum back in June and started with the newbie stretching routine. Back in my 30’s I measured 7 3/8. Never knew the correct way was a bone pressed measurement. Seemed like things were working, found a regular old wooden ruler and checked. Holy shit! I was right at 8! During my off time / regular busy life I did not have much time for PE. Over the summer I was doing bundled stretches when I could I did gain a little. I am currently back on the ship armed with a brand new 2.5 inch pump, generic viagra, and a bunch of citrruline. I plan on hitting the PE hard for the next 2 months. Starting off at 8 1/8. X 6. So far I have been stretching in the Am, quick 15 min stretch on lunch break. After dinner/work 25 mg of the V, heating pad, stretch till hard and start the 5X5X3. I am one week in with the pump, working up the vacuum. Could only handle 5 in Hg at first, but working up to about 7.5 in Hg fairly comfy. So far almost no crazy swelling or red spots. I plan on taking rest days as shit happens on the boat and screws up my routine. Can’t wait to see what happens after a couple of months! The wife is also excited to see some positive results, she bought me the pump. Sorry if this was long read, look forward to posting good results, not hurting my self, and positive feedback/corrective criticism.

Sounds like you are doing everything correct especially in your situation. I wish you get to 9 quickly
 
Best of luck brother, really doing what your circumstances allows you to get done which is what PE is all about: doing the best you can with the time and equipment you’ve got to grow a longer, fatter unit.

Hope you get some good newbie gains and reach that magic 9 in no time.
 
Thanks for the encouragement! Last night after my session, I jumped in the shower got in a couple more SSJ’s and put on a cock ring for the rest of my relaxing evening watching tv in the lazy boy. I see now! Cock ring it is every night! I take it off every 30 min, light one hand jelque, put the ring back on. Tried interval pumping the other night. Pump till uncomfortable, hold 2 min, release vacuum and repeat. Did not enjoy this, had some edema. 5x5x3 I will stick with! Only 10 days in and I am noticing my flaccid size is getting ridiculous. I wear real loose boxers and my junk is noticeable through the coveralls all the time. It feels heavier. I plan on sticking with the routine, can’t wait to measure in a few weeks!

If not:
That would really help you soften up, Tunica albuginea even more before a session, and you would see faster gains and progression.

A Power Assist 2, would have been a good added equipment to make your gain faster on the ship. LENGTHMASTER 3 would be the best, but that may or may not be the best equipment living on a ship.

Just so I know I’m reading this correctly it’s best to perform your stretches before a pump and 3x5 workout and should be performed every other day or for 5 days on two days off?

If you do pumping/girthwork before lengthwork the temporary expansion can also interfere with your ability to stretch your penis (get a good grip on it). That's why we have the golden rule;
Always lengthwork, before girthwork.
» Doing girthwork before a LENGTHMASTER 3 session, in my experience will lead to blisters.

Regarding: The rest and training schedule!
You have to see what works for you. If you need rest days, it's important that they are planned, and not taken due to lack of discipline.

Thanks Really appreciate all the feedback I’m determined I’m a very structured person I need routine I also work out 5 days a week for 1 1.5 hours per day as I feel health is important

I'm like you, but I was forced to restructure my workouts at the gym, due to penis enlargement.

Yeah I am doing the bundled stretches before the pump. I tend to get hard stretching so that’s how I have been getting ready to start the session. When I first started off with manual stretching in July I did not know about the bundles. What a difference!
The 2.5 inch pump is my first device, the length master 3 still looks like some kind of mid evil torcher device. I may buy a sillistrecher in the future. For now I wanna see what kind progress I can get with hands and pump.

It's not. It's the best penis length increase device, in the entire world.

How important are the rest days?
You will know if you need to rest.
For me it has mainly been skin sorness that have been forcing me to rest. Rest can be beneficial. For me after some days rest (mostly: 1 to 3 days) from time to time, I have seen some substantial length increases. Like magic 😊

Well I was planning on waiting a month before getting the ruler out. Could not help myself tonight, 3 weeks in. I am seeing a 1/8 inch in length, and 1/8 in girth! The process is working!

Well I think I have encountered my first minor injury. Last night I pumped too hard, too long. I was I little sore but went for it any way. I had a big tender lump at the base in the 7 O clock position. I calmed down. Looked through the forums and figured I have a vain problem. Heating pad and massage has done wonders so far. So no pumping, no cock ring, no SSJ, no bundled stretches for a bit. I can still stretch straight with no discomfort , so I guess I will do that for a while.
I was watching some stuff on u tube about stretching, that your session should go and get 104-106% stretch over bone press flaccid from start to be ideal. I have been checking flaccid stretch length and can only get to about 102%. Guess I need to pull harder!

Before you work harder be sure to heal first. When you get back you can up the strength of your stretches

You only need 104-106% strain (during session)

Post session should be over 102%

You shouldn't try to pull harder.
Go for longer sessions.
All you'll end up doing is strengthening your ligs to the point where you'll need to take like 4 months off cause you reached max tension for pulling

Can you please explain to me why the ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory ligament...) would strengthen, and where is the studies done on this? Have I missed something? I have always been stretching progressively harder, and it has been working for me.

Maybe not the ligaments specifically but the whole point to prevent injury during PE is less is more.
If you keep adding weight with progressive overload you're going to gain length...
But at the expense of strengthening all the tissue in the penis to keep withstanding more and more weight which will slow down gains significantly.
Thats why you see veterans PE users doing ridiculous tension (myself included) with no gains to show for it.

We don't want this cause then you'd inevitably need 20+ lbs of tension which would cause tremendous stress and more than likely injury to the tissue.
It makes more sense to add more volume than weight.

For example.
If someone is hanging with 5lbs for 20 minutes and is no longer getting elongation its best to increase time by 5-10 minutes

Instead of adding weight up to 6lbs, 7lbs, 8lbs, etc.

Okey I understand now. Thanks. I have seen this happening for me lately, maximum tention doesn't necessarily imply maximum elongation.

Ok this makes sense. Thanks for that! I think I have a thrombosis vain problem right now, and will have to take a break. This sucks! Any body know the recovery time with this? Still lumpy and tender from Saturday night.

I'd take a minimum of 7 days and see how your EQ is.
 
Take a week off
Use plenty of heat and get in lots of deep tissue massage

You will get to 9 inches in no distant time as long as you are consistent and you are using enough intensity.
 
It’s been one and half weeks since my first injury de-bockle. Tried a quick 5 pump last night, not quite there yet, the vain is still a little tender. Gonna wait for girth work another week or so. I have still been manual stretching when I can with good results. This week with and without the generic viagra I am getting a bone press 8 3/8”! After a good workout I am getting 8 3/4 flaccid stretch. The process is working, just gotta be patient. I figure if I can gain 1/8” a month I will hit my goal and surpass it within a year no problem.

Tried a pump tonight, got a hard vain in a diff section. Did not do anything crazy, short sessions (5min), 7.5 hg max. Either I gotta get over the vain problems and keep up with pumping. Or just stop for a while and stretch. I think at this point every other day is gonna be all I can handle. Stretches still going well. Kinda funny that this the only place I can post my problems and gains. PE will never be mainstream. People I know think it’s voodoo buts is not. It does work, just takes time.
 
I have been back on the pumping routine for about a week, all back to normal! I have continued stretching with much greater intensity and things have been going well. After that little time off from pumping girth measurements have been just the same, no change. I see about an 1/8” after a good pump session. Base girth seems to be getting better, but I never had a good starting measurement for that. In about 8 weeks I have gained 3/8” in length. I have about 5 more weeks on the ship, good possibility I could get to 8 3/4” by time I head home! The wife is pretty excited now that I am getting good results from all this work.

Congratulations, it sounds like everything's going well and I'm very happy to hear that.
 
This shit really is amazing. Get real close to 9 on a flaccid stretch, right at 8 5/8” BPEL. 2 3/8” wide mid shaft. Have not measured girth in a while but I know it’s working. Changed up my routine a little, I now get up real early and get a pump in before work. Last week I was drinking with my shipmates and I brought up PE. I think every man has looked this stuff up. Told em how much I have gained, they thought I am crazy. O well. I probably am
 
Great post and your dick looks great. I had a friend who worked on a fishing boat in Seattle, he told me that him and other guys were doing PE on the boat. He said they would have lots of downtime until they had to work their asses off, so they would pump during thier downtime. Blew my mind He was so open about it. Share your results, and stay safe out there.
