Might sound like a silly question

I have recently lernt on here that; testicles dont like heat and if the testicles get exposed to too much heat, it can eliminate sperm from being produced

DLD I read that you miss warm ups sometimes, have you had any problems because of this??

I think warming up is imperative. There are theories of plastic deformation, etc. I've heard several accounts of prolonged hot wraps give greater expansion and pliability. Also, no one is prone to injury.

And are you really worried about sperm production? You produce millions of those bad boys a day, ten minutes in a hot wrap isn't going to do harm. I've heard of what you are talking about - I heard a study once where men dunk their testicles in scalding water for 30 minutes + a day for a while and noticed a lower production of sperm. Thats different than a hot wrap for ten minutes before your set. Also, why not just hot wrap the penis? I've never thrown my whole package in a hot wrap.

Anyhow, different strokes. I tried not warming up for a while with intense girth work and hurt myself. Others may be more lucky.
 
i too only hot wrap around my penis...i thought it helps especially when stretching to get things loosen up...so you can get a more effective stretch
 
i just look at some porno and masturebate a lil w/o cumming before doing girthwork. for stretching some I do and other times I dont. depends how im feeling

This I don't get. The idea of plastic/elastic deformation in Penis Enlargement is that you want plastic deformation, it is more permanent. Yet warming up will put the tissues in an elastic state no? Easier to stretch => easier to contract. To me it seems logical that you would want to stretch the tissues while they are in that hard plastic state, so that the deformation is permanent. Better yet, do the hot/cold thing, which has been talked about alot, but I don't think anyone has given that a thorough experiment.
 
I think I agree with you, Q. If it is all warm and pliant, your penis is going to be all stretchy and rubbery, and you aren't going to cause as much micro-tissue damage...which means slower gains. Hmmm...I believe I am going to quit warming up and just cold cock it for a while and see if it helps me bust through my plateau.
 
I warm up slightly. When I am to stretch, I rub at the base to just warm them up slightly. And when I'm about to do jelqs or other girth work, I get semi erect and warm up via a motion I can't really describe. Think about an old-fashioned way of starting a fire.. You rub a stick between the palms of your hands.
 
When I was doing length routines I would warm up before and after. When I warmed up before it made it easier to tug my shit. I would warm down after because erect stretches would make my shaft feel stretched frum the inside and warming down is a good idea.

I used to do warm ups for girth but it would leave my penis puffy with lots of fluid after a long hard session.

i have been hanging religiously and i warm up & down between each set.i thought the warm ups were mandatory, but the "hard tissue issue" sounds good also.i feel that i should be getting longer length gains even if only temporary.i think i will try 1 set of "cold" hangin to gauge my reaction to it.
i think a good poll to take would be one that noted both gains and whether not warm ups are used.maybe that would provide some useful info.
 
i don't, only b/c I don't have the time. I don't even get as much Penis Enlargement'ing in as I should.

it does make sense to me that there are benefits to warming if time permits.
 
I warm up because especially with girth work it reduces red spots and such for me. Warm down I kinda do that hot/cold/hot/cold thing.
 
I dont usually warm up, But after Penis Enlargement i always hop in the shower, so I guess that counts as a warm-down..

Before Penis Enlargement i usually massage for a couple minutes before I whip out the porno.

I'm in the middle of this exeriment. So far I think the hot/cold after is doing me some good after girth work.
Also I've not been doing warm ups since after my first month of pe. Have never hurt myself yet!

The idea is that you warm up before hanging or whatever, to make the tissues easier to stretch, and then prior to finishing the hanging set, you cool your dick, so that it doesn't retract to its original size after releasing the stretch.
 
I Don't Penis Enlargement :D
But yeah I wouldnt advise applying heat on your testicles.
 
For approximately 18 months i did the warm ups and gained 1/8 of an inch. I stopped the warm ups and started doing stretches in the bathroom at work and gained well over 2 inches in about a 3 month span. For me they seem to be a waste of time.

let us know how it goes. I haven't warmed up or down consistently really not even at all the last four months and I've only .75 in. Which is pretty decent, but I did gain a whole inch during the first few months of Penis Enlargement and I aleays warmed up 5 minutes before Penis Enlargement.
