Very Weak erection, how can I improve my erections

For the last 3 weeks my erections have been very weak making jelqing feel like a waste of time because there's not enough blood in the penis to jelq. How can i improve my erections?
 
Are you allowing yourself time to recover?

Another thing that can cause erection issues when jelqing is if you've had sex too close to your jelq session.
 
The most important thing in PE concerning EQ is getting in as many Kegels a day as you can. At the very least use the Kegel routine in the newbie routine.


PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

i also do a lot of kegels everyday but still there's not enough blood in the penis to jelq

Kegel and some Viagra should do the trick. Break one tablet of Viagra into 4 small piece. Take one Piece 30mins before your jelqing session. The 4 pieces will last you for 4 days. Do kegel as much as possible throughout the day.

Can speak from personal experience/use, this will boost erection quality massively & will enhance the work you are doing in your sessions. A bit of an investment but at least you can use this on other areas of your body also for multiple benefits, not just PE. I'm not sure how much viagra, etc costs but it would be interesting to see how many pills you could buy in comparison to the MosRed.

I have been experimenting with this recently. My first impression is that is increases hormones as well, I wake up in the morning with a huge hard penis and am much more horny during the day.

So what's your routine? I started doing a daily session of around 10 minutes at a distance of around 6".
 
Mine is pretty similar. Usually a 10 - 15min warm-up with the light (always both Red/NIR on), while I do my LengthMaster stretches I'll set it up so it focuses the light on other areas of my body, lower back, feet etc. If I'm pointing it at my groin it is always at that 6 inch sweet spot distance, everything else is anywhere up to 12 inches distance.

At the moment I'll use the light 1st thing in the morning, do my stretches & strap into the SiliStretcher for 6 hours, do another 10 min lights, if time allows, more manual stretches, another 6hrs SS and a final 10 minutes at night.
