Mine is pretty similar. Usually a 10 - 15min warm-up with the light (always both Red/NIR on), while I do my
LengthMaster stretches I'll set it up so it focuses the light on other areas of my body, lower back, feet etc. If I'm pointing it at my groin it is always at that 6 inch sweet spot distance, everything else is anywhere up to 12 inches distance.
At the moment I'll use the light 1st thing in the morning, do my stretches &
strap into the
SiliStretcher for 6 hours, do another 10 min lights, if time allows, more manual stretches, another 6hrs
SS and a final 10 minutes at night.
