Venting about lack of gains

Hi everyone, back in December of 2024 I started using the traction device, Best Extender Pro. I've been using it consistently since, usually 4 or 5 days per week, with probably 5 weeks or so of not stretching at all. Each stretching session lasts about 2 hours, but recently I have been experimenting with 3+ hour sessions. Every now and then I'll only stretch for 1 hr or 1.5 hrs. I usually do the first 5 minutes at 3 kg of tension, then move it up to 4kg and will even go as high as 5 or 6 kg for 15 minutes or so. Occasionally I'll take a break by releasing the tension, releasing the vacuum and just letting my penis relax - this is to help avoid blisters.

Point is, I'm doing high tension consistently for 2+hrs and yet despite having done this for ~9 months now I have not really had much gains if any. There have been 3 occasions where i measure and I actually have an additional quarter of an inch, but each time is when I'm enhanced by sildenafil, and the gains aren't maintained the day after.

I'm starting to lose faith that this stuff even works and starting to suspect it's just a money making scheme, especially since I keep having to buy replacement parts for the extender. I've had to buy more silicone sleaves a few times, and the pump that came with the extender that's used to put the cup on the head also just broke, so there's another $20 which feels really shitty having to buy given I still haven't had noticeable and consistent gains in 9 months of stretching.

Starting to think I just need to satisfy myself with the 7.25" god gave me and stop wasting insane amounts of time wearing this thing, let alone the money.

Could I be doing something wrong? Is this all just an elaborate scam to profit on men's insecurities?

Don't be discouraged. Be encouraged to find a new workout you can do. There are many workouts available but I highly recommend you use the most effective which is SRT. A new routine could be just what you're looking for especially going nine months without growth. Be encouraged and seek out a new way to grow. No one should ever go nine months without growth. I pray changing your routine to help you start to grow.

Welcome back, brother. Sorry to hear about your frustration. But let's dwelve into the issues at hand.

First off, it's a good extender to have. However, there's a path to take using that extender, and the extender lacks the support on many fronts like 99% of the extenders out there. It's not about shoving the extender on after reading some blurb for the product and it magically works. There are so many anatomical needs in the routine before wearing any extenders that the false promises will bury you in false hopes. We are here to demystify the nonsense and tackle the reality behind PE with an extender.

The reason why I stated that the extender is good is because it has a marking of somekind to measure progressiveness. Traction load and length tensioning is great as markers, but the tension may be false. Pull out a scale to measure the product's initial spring tension and again every other month. Springs will yield to compression under tension over time. Then compression and traction load measurement no longer hold their accuracy. With that in mind, let's move on.

So, yu have a good stretching regiment for a wee while, and you stopped for 5 weeks. This is bad breaking period, or the brothers here called it "decon". Decon or break period reset your gains very quickly as the body fights back to reset itself back to the original state unless you keep things elongated for a prolong period of time.

This is where the failure occurs. I'll explain in detail so you can understand the dynamic approach to PE using an extender. The closest comparison to soft tissue expansion with similar growth patters without supporting muscle tissues is the female breasts. Soft tissues all around, with nerve and blood vessels all over the place, and the only supportive system is the ligamentary mesh above the chest and the underlaying pectoral muscle tissues.

Think of the extender as fluid pouches inserted inside the breasts. For young females, the breast pouches don't get filled from size A to size C in one go. No. It's slowly inflated little by little until the skin layers, fat tissues, nerves and blood vessels get a chance to expand and extend through healing processes. It's not just an hour to 5 hours a day. It's as long as 24 hours a day, for as long as the tissues can comfortably and safety expand.

In your case, what you're doing is shoving a size D fluid cups into a size A pair of breasts, brute forcing the breasts to grow, and then just stop. The body detects anomally that goes out of its original DNA programming and it attempts to reset back to its original size to the best that it can. You probably sustain some gains, but the gains are very miminal, similar to a having a size D breast fluid sacs for a few months, then stopped. You get saggy skin but not a breast size gain. In this case, permanent penile gains.

The extender requires to wear long hours, where the initial 4 hours should be a dynamic set of traction loads, like yours going from 1.2kg to warm up, then 2kg to prep the tissues, then 3kg for maxing out the tension, follows by 5 to 6kg for upper stress tensions, and back down to 1.12kg for continual low level traction to promote growth throughout the day. 600g is the minimal requirement to keep the growth going after the initial cellular stressor point. 1.1kg to 1.2kg is considered an optimal all day range.

This is where the flaw also crept in. Not sure where you get the informtion from about high tension for 2+ hours will be better. The cell structures only require 1kg to start breaking the cell walls. High tensions constantly causes the body to trigger preservation state, we call it "turtling". This is where the penile shaft shrinks and compresses upon itself to prevent loss of too much resources for repairs. When this state occurs, cells cannot repair and divide properly to fill in the gaps to promote growth. You are stepping forward 1 step in PE during the extender usage time, but step 2 steps back during recovery. It destroyed your optimal gains. No matter what kind of drugs you use to stimulate your blood flow to see your gains, your gains are merely temporary through stress period, and the body forces itself to reset constantly after a long break.

PE is not a scam, but it's a body modification fact which goes far back past 3,000 years. There are tons of products out there, and most of the products are indeed scams, but you do find good products among the scams. What you have is perfectly fine. The way that you used it is incorrect. The instruction provided by the manufacturer lacks details, and the support of the product as a whole is a sham. This brotherhood exists for the purpose of helping brothers like yourself. The question is, are you willing to progress the next phase of PE with proper routines and exercises? You can stay at where you are with the God-given length and girth, and be happy. Some brothers that developed penile injuries and issues would tell you to be happy here and now, and stay there for the rest of your life. However, we can tell you that aging will reduce your total length and girth soon enough. There are many medical publication facts to provide this info.

Your question back to all of us is, "So what's the real catch?" We can tell you, nothing but more time and discipline. Here's the method of approach.

Initial point of the routine:
  • You must break down the tissues laterally (around the penis) and longitudinally (along the length of the penis). This is what we called "bundled" or "bundling" during manual stretches in the SRT (the word is a link now), or using mechanical assist device like the Length Master (LM3). Unless you have strong hands that can move around your legs and able t pull your penis behind and between the butt cheeks without cramping up, you definitely need somekind of fulcrum mechanical assisting device.
  • You must stress the suspensory ligaments that hold your penis in place. The two ligaments that hold the penis in place to allow it pointing straight up towards your belly can be stressed so the "inner penis" segment can be released for you to use. It's as long as 1.5in, or as short as 0.5in. Again, the only way to do this is using very strong hands or less effort using a mechanical device.
  • You need to stress the base muscle tissues to allow the ligaments attaching to the base muscles and pelvic bone to relax. You are playing tug of war with them to make the body release the penile length trapped deep under your pelvic skin.
Extender routine:
  • Use the extender after your manual routine. The manual routine breaks down the tissues faster than when you simply wear your extender. It takes an extender between 2 to 5 hours to stress the tissues enough to prime them for the 4 to 10 hours ahead. By using strong manual stressing stretches, or the mechanical assisted exercises, you can prime your tissues in 20 to 30 minutes rather than wearing the extender for 2 to 5 hours just to prime the tissues.
  • Wearing the extender should be at low traction load around 1.12kg for as long as you can to pry the cellular voids or gaps wide open so your body can constantly provide new cells to fill in the gaps. This is growth. The moment you allow the penis to relax, turtle/compress during healing state, you just lost your chance to obtain gains.
  • Your penis MUST remain in elongation between 14 to 18 hours a day. If your penis does not remain elongated, your penis will not have the sufficient void space for new cells to promote growths.
That is the summary of your routine you should be using daily. 3 to 4 days on, 1 day off. You can go as long as 6 days on, 1 day off. BUT your penis must remain elongated at all time, at minimal traction tension of 600g.
 
Wearing the extender should be at low traction load around 1.12kg for as long as you can to pry the cellular voids or gaps wide open so your body can constantly provide new cells to fill in the gaps. This is growth. The moment you allow the penis to relax, turtle/compress during healing state, you just lost your chance to obtain gains.

What if we sleep, or do lm3 sessions before going to bed ? We can retain the efforts of our exercise when we wake up by keeping our penis elongated via extenders or penis wrap right ?

Just as good, as long as you don't restrict the blood flow to the point of endangering your penis like we discussed. During resting phase while sleeping, your body actually activates nearly 5 times the healing factors than when you are awake. I've been testing nutrient loading phenomenon during rest phase for cellular repairs for the past 3 years. So far, it corelates with the bio forensic findings.

I should have explained better that my 5 weeks off were really more like 5 instances where i took ~1 week off - sometimes it was because i had gotten a blister on my penis and needed to let the skin recover (figured out i wasn't wrapping the cohesive bandage tightly enough), another time it was because I was waiting for a new silicone sleave, another time it was because I was watiing for a new cup, another time was because I went on a trip, and now it's because I'm waiting for a new hand pump.

My penis, when erect, just points straight out from my body at about 90 degrees from my height, with a slight leftward tilt, it doesnt point straight up towards my belly, although I have seen guys with that kind of penis in adult entertainment.

Your penis MUST remain in elongation between 14 to 18 hours a day.
This is very surprising to me as it's in direct contradiction to what i've seen in baseem's videos and on his discord.

Got it. 1 week off tends to be a bit too much time off. It's not as bad as a full 5-week off, but without keeping it elongated during the break time, it can get quite bad.

This is a very, very, and I do mean a VERY BAD misconception. This has been proven as a misleading method over the two decades over and over again. Yes, breaking the tissues down within 30 minutes is highly advisable after a warmup phase, but go do things straight for 2 hours without proper preconditioning or to exceed the penile tissue adatpion to the high traction tension due to tissue overgrowth or because the tissues have too much scarring, you're simply pushing your penis into a high damaging environment.

If your hands are strong enough to do this, a blessing to you, my brother. Most of us don't have such strength to do so. If you can, SRT manual works using the between/behind the cheeks with bundled method is excellent for your initial exercises before the moderate (3kg to 3.5kg max) and low (1.1kg to 1.5kg max) for the long hours (4 hours minimum). As I indicated earlier, initial high traction loads break tissues down, and to be smart, break the tissues laterally by bundling or twisting the penis since you don't need to use too much pulling force, yet, break the tissues more effectively. What we want to focus is the tunica and the septum meshing fibers (ligaments) along the entire length of the penis. This is the tough materials that required to be soften up first before any stressing the rest of the softer tissues.

It appears the penile growth has stress-loaded where the growth is actually horizontal (pointing straight out). Normally, a strong tunica and suspensory ligament hold the penis straight up, or at least at 45 degrees pointing up and out. If I visually your internal tissues correctly, there's a 90 degrees hairpin curve for your penis at the moment. It's a not a bad thing really. It's prevents you from ejaculating prematurely due to the pressure point pinching along the inner part of the penile shaft. If your sexual position is either 4 -1, spider, or doggy, you can probably last for over an hour with ease.

Everyone has their own method(s) that work specifically for them, and only around 10% to 25% overlap each other. If you take 100 people and compare their routines across the board, after the initial 2 months, you'll see different stages of growth, different level of stressors, and routines that branch off completely from the original method(s). This is why this brotherhood works closely with rookies and veterans alike to ensure their journeys are successful by tailoring their approach very carefully, safely, and strategically. You can read this under the Members -> Routine and Progress sub forum. Every post of their routine and exercises, with observational data, we monitor, digest, and finetune their needs accordingly. This are their divergences of the baseline method(s).

Exactly just that. Under SRT, there are warm-up routines, exercises to get the tissues primed, and the post-exercises with the extender/all day stretcher (SiliStretcher) that goes past 4 hours. Just by using the stretcher/extender alone, even with dynamic traction loads from low, moderate, high, moderate, and low in a 30 minutes cycle, or even 2 hours cycle, you still need a low elongation cycle of 4+ hours, preventing any turtling or compression of the penile shaft. The moment that penile shaft compresses/turtles, your workout simply regresses two steps back.

As for the reason why you're getting blisters, you're placing your glans under tremendous amount of vacuum pressures. At a 3kg pull with your current extender, after using the small vacuum pump to get your vacuum cup situated on your glans, that -8inHg not only double but tripled in pressure. You're -24inHg without realizing, passing the safety limit of -15inHg. Luckily, your glans's skin layers didn't burst, or worst yet, fractured open and caused nerve endings and capillaries to burst into a blood mess. You have to condition your penis sufficiently to go past 3kg, let alone up to 6kg and beyond. Some of the veterans here took at least a year to even venture past 6kg to engage safety precaution, especially emptying as much blood out of their glans as possible before subjecting their glans under that much vacuum pressure.
