Vein pop help

Hey guys,so i was doing jelgs is how you call it i think,when you squeeze your penis from the bottom to the head,and i poped two tiny veins.Has this happened to anyone before?I will attach two pictures,its the black marks.

don't worry this happens, take it easy the next couple of days and it should go away on its own. nothing to worry about

Good to know.It just sucks cause i now know i can make good girth gainz but I can't because of that so i have to be patient if i want to achieve my goal

Mine went 2 or 3 times but since starting back this year it hasn't gone again so not sure what makes it go, every time did mine was in the bathmate maybe pushing too much pressure

They grow bigger stronger over time. During the first few years you'll pop a few, then after 5-10 years you can bulldoze your dick and those veins will be intact.

But no worries, this happens to all of us and it will heal on its own. Longer warm ups may help in the future.
