Since you are using a
hanger to gain length, best to start with the
SRT newbie routine while adding the
hanger routine into the mix. Start at 2.5lbs first for the next 2 to 3 weeks to get used to the
weight as a conditioning period. From there, increase 0.5lb every other week. You can even space it out every 3 to 4 weeks too.
Total hang time should not be more than 30 minutes as a start, and no more than 60 minutes as a long term user. Once you hang, you already cause shear stresses and tears. From there, wrap up, or use an all day stretcher or traction device at a lower traction force around 1200g (around 2.5lbs-ish). Too long of a hang time, it will traumatize the penis to create a tug back/pull back.
