Since you are using a hanger to gain length, best to start with the SRT newbie routine while adding the hanger routine into the mix. Start at 2.5lbs first for the next 2 to 3 weeks to get used to the weight as a conditioning period. From there, increase 0.5lb every other week. You can even space it out every 3 to 4 weeks too.

Total hang time should not be more than 30 minutes as a start, and no more than 60 minutes as a long term user. Once you hang, you already cause shear stresses and tears. From there, wrap up, or use an all day stretcher or traction device at a lower traction force around 1200g (around 2.5lbs-ish). Too long of a hang time, it will traumatize the penis to create a tug back/pull back.

I know this tip wasn’t for me though I respond because I think I might be able to hang for a max of 60 mins a day before putting on my extender. Thought I had to hang for multiple hours a day for gains.

Will see if I get around to actually doing it, might speed up my gains from extending.

All you need is that initial stressor to engage long period of continuous stretches under stress load. This is why we always talk about the Length Master follows by the wrapp, sleeve, all day stretcher, and traction devices. It doesn't take much to start the elongation process under high intensity with low intensity and long hour of healing and repairing period.

Thank you brother for clearing that up, think I’ll try with a 20 mins hang session starting tomorrow. Would be just awesome to speed up the gaining process even more.
