Vacuum extender/other equipment reccomendations for someone with 5+ flaccid girth

I'm currently at 8x6.5-7 hoping to gain around an inch in length, don't care to gain any girth, however wont be upset if it happens. I recently bought the x4 labs extender but haven't been able to keep my head from sliding through unless really cranking it to an uncomfortable point. I was hoping to get recommendations on an vacuum extenders as a result. Currently I've been looking at the silistretcher and phallosan, but I'm also scared because my flaccid girth usually sits between 5-5.5 inches. I was hoping to see if anyone else had a similar issue and was able to find equipment that worked for them.

Welcome to the forum my brother and thank you for the questions. I suggest that you go with the SiliStretcher for a few reasons. First reason is that it’s much more concealable under clothes. Second it comes with a full lifetime warranty. Third it has many more uses than the PF. Third it can be worn through the night while you sleep safely. I'd get the LG hanger with vacuum attachment mod from autoextender and use your X4 scaffolding. That'll be the best possible thing for anyone, the LG will be custom made for your measurements.

Did you deceide on anything?

So what I found works best for me is a combination of using an extender and a pump it will give you the best results for length and girth they have good ones on this site Hang-lower. I suggest the SiliStretcher and the Bathmate
