Vacuum extender/other equipment reccomendations for someone with 5+ flaccid girth

I'm currently at 8x6.5-7 hoping to gain around an inch in length, don't care to gain any girth, however wont be upset if it happens. I recently bought the x4 labs extender but haven't been able to keep my head from sliding through unless really cranking it to an uncomfortable point. I was hoping to get recommendations on an vacuum extenders as a result. Currently I've been looking at the silistretcher and phallosan, but I'm also scared because my flaccid girth usually sits between 5-5.5 inches. I was hoping to see if anyone else had a similar issue and was able to find equipment that worked for them.
