haha yes it is.
ab work out differs if i'm bulking or cutting. I usually do resistive sets of sit ups with a dumbell on a decline bench for the upper abs, and I do leg raises for lower abs. Each rep lasts around 40-60 seconds, as i try to lower myself as slowly and as controlled as i can.

But perhaps its not my ab workout that makes a difference. It's most likely the cutting stages. i.e. cardio/diet/etc. you can have the greats abs but covered with 1/2 an inch of fat..
 
I currently have a 6 pac but no where near as defined as yours, you have a propa ripped body, nice work!
Also, when you say raise of the legs do you mean, when your laying on your back, putting your legs together and raising them straight out from your body in the air up and down slowly?

No. What I do is I hang off of a pull up bar fix, and i raise my legs to my chest, so i'm curled up like a ball, hold for a count of 15, and then i push my legs out as if i'm pushing something with the heels of my feet. Now my body forms an L- shape. I hold this form for around 45 seconds, for a set of 10-12. 3-4 times.

but work your way up. It doesn't come over night.
