Updated day 6 routine

30 min to 1 hr thin I do ulies and push up on my base when I thank I cant continue my 1hr. Edging sessions

Ok. Thanks, that is a good amount of time. I just want to make sure
 
I always find that after I'm done edging that I have to pee! I don't drink anything either when I start so does that happen to anyone else?
 
It is i just am limited on time to do pe right now but when ever i go to the bathroom i get 10 min of stretching in and bathmate in the shower 1 time a day at least that should be a good maintenance routine and i do it every day . where i live i have5 people living with me so time & privacy is limited but i still try to get work in . its nice to her from you again to DLD

We do what we can do! I’m living with five people in a one bedroom right now and it would be impossible for me to get any kind of PE done. Privacy is such a luxury. When this issue arises it’s important to get stealth PE in. Taking advantage of every opportunity you have to get some form of exercise in.

So good to know that you’ve been keeping maintenance up and I’m glad to see that you’re OK.
