Update Progress

Hey gang,

I've done about 30 minutes of clamping and now wearing a cock ring for the rest of the day.

Date 22/03/2025

I haven't been very consistent lately but will do so this weekend and week.

Current girth: 13.3cm goal is 15.1cm or 6 inch girth.

Later on, will do 20 minuates of pumping for girth.

Clamping is a sure way to cause thrombosis which will take you out of the game for 3 to 6 weeks. Much better to use the LengthMaster as it allows blood flow as you stretch. The design of the LengthMaster allows the sides of the penis to relieve the stress during a session. Be very careful not to hurt yourself if you continue with Clamping.
 
As you have read quite a few recent posts so far about hard clamping using cable clamp or some sort of heavy clamping devices, we don't recommend it on any level. As DLD said, deep vein thrombosis is something you don't want to accidentally fall into and hurt yourself. Rather than clamping, like brother @kriskros method of partial hard clamping just to create enough blood volume to initiate his SSJ routine, you can also use soft clamping such as penis ring, penis sleeve, or even temporary restrictive band. But never use hard clamping devices unless you truly know what you're getting yourself into and how to use it safely. When I say safely, we make sure to have at least 3 methods of safety modification to any hard clamping devices.

The scary part here is that he says 30 mins but he is not saying "3 sets" or "4 sets" ... Even with soft clamping I would never do it for more than 5 mins. Never.

You can lower the amount of time if it calls for it. I am confused the about exercise, are you speaking about the LengthMaster?

Well for me I've been doing semi hard clamping for 2-3 months and haven't noticed any problems much. I'm pretty careful about what I do and will do look at the SSJ rountine and include into my own

Smart move! The 5x5x3 is the way to go for girth. I made my major girth gains. Let us know how it goes. God bless you my Brother.
