Under the Table Strech (UTTS)

So, as i stated before, i wanted to start coming on detail on some of excerises that i have invented and i started to incorporate on my routine. Some of these excersises are so new that i have not enough evidence if they give results to me or other ppl. My only evidence is most of the "strech feeling" that i try to make it as much intence and variable i can.
In this post i will explain one of these excersise that i have used daily in a regural basis for some months so i can have some evidences if this works or no. I gave it the name, Under the Table Strech (UTTS). This is an excersise that i invented before 4 months and has given me BPFSL gains. This is an (intence) excersise u can do it while watching for examble video on pc siting comfortable in a chair.
More specifically, u need a big heavy stable table in front of u and a chair that u will sitting in. With a simple OK grip at glans, u put ur dick on the "thick verical surface" of the table and with the support of ur other hand too, u stabilize ur dick in this place. As u are in this state u wont feel any strech as u dont strech at all, u just stabilized ur dick in this position on the table. The force will come from ur body weight as u release ur ass cheeks that was raised slightly in order to be able to touch with ur OK grip finger the table (Ur finger on the OK grip hand will touch this "thick verical surface" so ur finger will take most of the force). I know u didnt understand a lot, and it sounds a bit complicated , so i may need more explanations if needed , or a video too.
This idea came out of my need to find efficient ways to strech using hands with really big force streching potential. If u 100% understand this excersise, its like hanging, but instead of puting wheights, the wheight here is a portion of ur body :). Another diference from simple streches is that the force is not generatedon the top of the glans like we force with an ok grip on the glans but instead the force is generated from the base of ur dick while ur glans try to be stabilized with ur hands on the table. So u dont use a force using ur hand, but a controllable force coming from ur body. Its like an opposite strech, instead of streching with ur hand u strech with your body, ur body is ur streching device here, not ur hands. Ur hands are rooted in the table and u apply controlable force with ur body. If u do it right, u feel a big wonderfull intence strech thorought ur penis.
The biggest problem if u do it right and u gain expirience with this excersise and u put more force, is ur hand that if its not enough strong it will get exhausted. very fast. I reccomend this excersise on ppl who have done at least 6 months of PE and get used on intence streching excerise (with 2 hands). This excersise for me is the hardest and most intence strech u can apply in a controlable way in ur penis. If u get too much experience with this u can apply some upward force too with ur stabilized hand on the table (This will lead in a ultimate 2-directions strech) .
 
Very bright post I’m glad you shared this with us. Some of these things have been known but many of them have not. I love your inventiveness and your innovative thoughts and I think this is gonna be a great contribution to the brotherhood so I thank you so much and I hope the brothers get so much out of this post
 
It’s like body weight exercises vs. weights/machines. I love the concept.

It made me think that I could take my TRX straps and set them up for body weight rows (leaning back, at a 30-45 degree plane to the ground), arms fully extended.

I could attach the LM chamber and tie myself off to a bar above.

Theoretically I could apply 0-200lbs of force depending on the angle/depth.

I am sure others have done inverted hanging before (hanging from your dick with body weight), but I never thought of that.

If we're talking about YOUR table/desk, and you don't mind making some modifications to turn it into a passive PE machine, could you drill some holes and fix half of the LM clamp to the bottom? Then you could use that against the table to hold your penis in place and just lean back or whatever while you type away!

Does that make sense?

Sure does...I was thinking more in my gym where I have pull-up bars and various straps.

Bodyweight hanging.

But I like the desk idea too!

Yeah, I'm just trying to develop Emmanuil's idea for PE further. You're coming up with cool ways to apply the same idea in new contexts. We got some good stuff going on here. ;)

Υ that make sense. I just still havent used any device yet and cant try this in practise. Like MCBLZ said about the coleration between the two types of gymnastic , weight pull and body pull ( like calisthenics) , i try in PE to master my hands-legs-fingers (almost every part in ur body) on PE. That doesnt mean i wont try devices in future, but at this time i like the incorporation of body parts into PE , as penis is a body part too. I believe if u master this combination u have the benefit of ultimate control and safety in your PE excerises as u dont use any foreign part. When i stop see results from hands then i ll try devices too.

Anyway, the table is just what i use, i think with devices, ropes , etc it can have alot variations. The main concept of this excersise is the opposite strech it does, meaning that instead of streching from glans , u strech from base. Its a reverse strech in few words, so its like adding a new dimension of strech that may conceals some hidden gains. The table is what i used in order to manage to do this type of strech, ofc other ways there would be too.
 
When you use creativity you can find many ways to get stealth PE in. I was really good with us, I trained all day and all night in my beginnings and I did this using as much creativity as possible. I did whatever was necessary to gain. ? I cut holes in my pockets of my pants so I could stretch my penis walking around town :D I did whatever I had to do to get as much PE as possible so I could make gains as fast as possible. And still to this day no one has gained as much as I have. And still to this day no one has gained as much as I have. Be like Mike, do you like Mike, gain like Mike?

I hear ya, although the muscle exercise analogy doesn't hold perfectly when we're talking about 'devices' vs 'body' in a PE context. For instance, doing pushups actually gives you different benefits compared to bench press, and vice versa. Doing PE with your hands just means it's a pain in the ass to get a good stretch. :D

What I really like to do is figure out ways to get PE in while I'm accomplishing other things. Combining your idea with my little tweak would allow you to do just that. You could be writing your thesis and making your wang bigger at the same time. :)

This is my UTTS combined with some DLD slow squash jelqs in flaccid state ( i do this almost in every intense strech program i perform in order to put blood in the streched tissues, in order to relax them and be able to strech even more).

Video description:
- The vital step is on 12-20 sec
- 22-24 sec i use the second hand in order to "lock" on this position to the table
- 0n 25 sec i release my ass cheeks in order to perform the final strech
- Then i do it slightly right and left so u feel more strech on the base of ur dick in the right and left area.
-Slow squash jelqs in flaccid state in order to relax the tissues
-And i repeat with a different grip with my left hand in order to rest the right hand. (If u do it right ur hand takes a lot of force and get tired fast)

Important comments:
-Its obvious that a proper distance between the table and the chair must be fixed. For example if ur table is too short or ur table is too tall then u will not be able to perform the excersise cause of too litle distance or too much.
-Also if u do this excersise regularly for some period of time using the same system ( i mean same chair-table and body angle in chair and table) u will realize some flacid streched gains as u will not feel the same volume of stech, it will start becoming easier to perform with few force. That means u did some gains and u need to find some shorter chair :), or change ur angle in chair.

Other ways to make the stretch more intense (if it starts getting easier):

-bundle the stretch
-move the chair back away from the table

Y i have tried bundled strech to it, 1 till 2 rotations. But it transformed then in a totally hardcore excersise that makes u struggle to lock ur hands in this position, also the glans will may have some issues as the pressure u apply in order to stabilize ur penis in this position is too high.

Yeah bundling on this sucker is going to be crazy... you're a brave man!

Its not crazy to us Mike as we know all about it, but because your twist the penis it can be seen first off as scary, just like clamping :D when in fact both methods have nothing to fear.
