So, as i stated before, i wanted to start coming on detail on some of excerises that i have invented and i started to incorporate on my routine. Some of these excersises are so new that i have not enough evidence if they give results to me or other ppl. My only evidence is most of the "strech feeling" that i try to make it as much intence and variable i can.
In this post i will explain one of these excersise that i have used daily in a regural basis for some months so i can have some evidences if this works or no. I gave it the name, Under the Table Strech (UTTS). This is an excersise that i invented before 4 months and has given me BPFSL gains. This is an (intence) excersise u can do it while watching for examble video on pc siting comfortable in a chair.
More specifically, u need a big heavy stable table in front of u and a chair that u will sitting in. With a simple OK grip at glans, u put ur dick on the "thick verical surface" of the table and with the support of ur other hand too, u stabilize ur dick in this place. As u are in this state u wont feel any strech as u dont strech at all, u just stabilized ur dick in this position on the table. The force will come from ur body weight as u release ur ass cheeks that was raised slightly in order to be able to touch with ur OK grip finger the table (Ur finger on the OK grip hand will touch this "thick verical surface" so ur finger will take most of the force). I know u didnt understand a lot, and it sounds a bit complicated , so i may need more explanations if needed , or a video too.
This idea came out of my need to find efficient ways to strech using hands with really big force streching potential. If u 100% understand this excersise, its like hanging, but instead of puting wheights, the wheight here is a portion of ur body

Another diference from simple streches is that the force is not generatedon the top of the glans like we force with an ok grip on the glans but instead the force is generated from the base of ur dick while ur glans try to be stabilized with ur hands on the table. So u dont use a force using ur hand, but a controllable force coming from ur body. Its like an opposite strech, instead of streching with ur hand u strech with your body, ur body is ur streching device here, not ur hands. Ur hands are rooted in the table and u apply controlable force with ur body. If u do it right, u feel a big wonderfull intence strech thorought ur penis.
The biggest problem if u do it right and u gain expirience with this excersise and u put more force, is ur hand that if its not enough strong it will get exhausted. very fast. I reccomend this excersise on ppl who have done at least 6 months of PE and get used on intence streching excerise (with 2 hands). This excersise for me is the hardest and most intence strech u can apply in a controlable way in ur penis. If u get too much experience with this u can apply some upward force too with ur stabilized hand on the table (This will lead in a ultimate 2-directions strech) .
