Yes, absolutely possible. You dont need to hang with more than 2.5-3kg, and if you bundle you will achieve the strain in less time. You can hang with a vacuum for lets say 20 minutes, 10 minutes bundled to the right, 10 minutes bundled to the left with 2.5kg. NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER exercise your penis to fatigue. There is absolutely no science or literature leading positive results on collagen tissues and ECM from fatigue or inflammation. Strain is the goal for the reorganization of the ECM.

In the case of US while hanging, of course if possible too, however, it makes it a little bit more complicated to do the stress relaxation while hanging.

No.
Having more collagen in the body doesnt mean you will develop super joints or super bone or super cartilage. If anything it will keep tissues healthier. Now, in the case of exercising some of these tissues, such as the penis, having extra collagen in the body doesnt mean that it will grow bigger or faster. It will just aid in the proper maintenance of the tissues.

What we need to understand in the case of our penises, something that I never understood before until I got into the scientific field of it, by exercising the penis we are not adding new tissue. Instead, we are causing a reorganization of the tissues. In this case, collagen fibers and elastin.

Now, there is growth. But that growth is a slow process. The final process of growth and recruiting of steam cells takes up to 2 years. That means, if you for example apply US therapy today and in a span of 3 months you add 1 inch, and never apply it again but instead you perform basic stretches here and there to maintain, in a span of around 2 years your penis will solidify that gain by growing new tissue. In this case, new collagen fibers.

To this point, this is not a process that can be modified or manipulated. It is just biochemistry. All we can modify and manipulate is as mentioned before, the structural organization of the ECM, and that is achieved through strain, not fatigue or inflammation.

In fact, if you attend physical therapy for a joint or tendon, they will never stress your tissues to the point of pain or inflammation or fatigue. Why? Because there is no science to justify that. It only causes damage. Instead, any type of physical therapy or recovery will be slow, smooth, gentle and will take time. A lot of time. Until your tissue stretches and accommodate (ECM reorganization) to perform normally.

In our case we are not recovering, but still, in order to push beyond the natural limit the same principle or reorganization applies.

If you are applying it in your penis, you will not feel the heat, specially during the first 7-10 minutes of application. How are you applying it?

If you have your penis in an extender or hanger straight out or straight down, chances are the sound waves are going though your penis and propagating on the ventral side while part of them are lost on the other side.

As an experiment, lay down your penis to one side over your leg. Apply plenty of US gel and start heating. In this case you should start feeling the heat building up on the skin of your leg under your penis.

If you doubt about the US, which I really doubt is the case, in order to test the transducer turn it on to H, wait 30 seconds and drop on the surface of the transducer tiny drops of water. You should see them vibrate and evaporate almost immediately.

Hello again, thank you for your prompt reply! I hang with the VLC Tugger straight down using 0.5kg and then add a 0.5 kg plate progressively to 2.5 kilos like you advised. I tested the US and the water does evaporate.. however I do not feel the heal at all.. I will try your way with my penis touching my inner thigh using the elastic strap instead of the weight. By the way I tried to do a boundeled stretch using just my hands for extra wormth and now I feed a nice stretch. I will keep trying till I find the sweet spot since I need an extra inch in my unit no matter what!

I am pretty sure the issue you are experiencing is related to sound waves waste. As I explained before, the sound waves are passing through your penis to the other side and dissipating in the air. Not 100% of it, but perhaps most. You are not the only one, this is a common issue. I never experienced this because from the beginning I opted for using the penis over the leg method. Those who do it straight out or down with a hanger, or with a traction device, have been working on developing a backing medium. Basically a US gel pad that can be held on the opposite side of the Ultrasound to catch, bounce and use these sound waves. So if you add a US gel pad, the waves instead of dissipating on the other side of your penis, they will end up in this pad, heating up the pad and your penile tissue as one.

As an alternate method of experiment, you could also put your hand on the opposite side of your penis while applying the US and see if you feel the heat in your hand. wether is your leg or your hand, make sure you have a flush contact, and make sure the US is being applied with plenty of US gel for conductivity.

Yes that's what I did today! I did a boundeled stretch using just my hand and today was the first time I my unit felt stretchy after my length workout.. thanks again

But were you able to feel the heat in your hand? What I meant to say, is to stretch your penis with a hanger for example, bundle it so you can apply the transducer on the ventral side, and then rest your palm behind on the dorsal side. Now you should feel the heat in your palm when applying the ultrasound on the other side.
